Their Canjun style seafood boil is heavily influenced with a Vietnamese flavors. You pick your favorite seafood items (crawfish, snow crab legs, doungneas crab, shrimp, mussels, or lobster tails) by pounds, pick a spice flavor and then enjoy it. Each order is packed in a big plastic bag (yah, I know). In addition to the seafood, the meal also include corn, potatoes and other items of your choice. We had a lunch special with the Thai Chili seasoning. Quite spicy but very flavorful. A bowl of rice came with the meal to soak up all the sauce. Don't worry about getting messy while deshelling your seafood. The restaurant provides you with some gloves and bibs. Have a glass (or a pitcher) of beer or enjoy your meal with some wines.
