If I could give this place 0 STARS, I would. I truly wish I had read the reviews before allowing my fiancé to go to this clinic for his wisdom teeth extraction. My fiancé had all four wisdom teeth removed here, and he said it was the worst pain he has ever experienced in his entire life. He was not numbed properly and could feel the teeth being extracted. He repeatedly tried to stop the procedure because of the pain, but they would not stop, and he was yelling throughout the entire procedure due to how severe the pain was. What was most upsetting is that it felt like the staff did not care whether the patient was in pain or not. There was no urgency to properly numb him or ensure he was comfortable before continuing. No one should ever have to go through something like this during a dental procedure. I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this clinic, especially for wisdom teeth removal. On Wednesday January 21st my son-n-law had a 1:30 appointment for an extraction. They did not allow for the numbing cream to full take effect before administering the anesthesia. When the "dentist" began to remove the tooth he dug in so deep and aggressively the tooth actually split. I was also concerned that the whole extraction only took approximately 11 minutes. By that evening we realized there was part of the tooth still in his mouth. From there, because of the aggressive digging and lack of sanitation, he had to reach out to his physician for antibiotics due to an infection that had set in. It is unfortunate that this dental office is taking advantage of Medical patients. It also appears that Liberty is aware of these horrible practices of this dentist and should also be held liable. We will be looking into what options are available to pursue further action against Liberty and this dentist. Terrible office. the people are so rude from the front desk to the people in the back. I just went for the specialist and The doctor for extraction was so rude he did a terrible service he didn't even numb my tooth all the way or even 5 minutes in and he yanked my tooth out. I felt all of it the pain was terrible i was crying and he just told me to stop. Then he js walked out and said nothing. they wanted to let me leave like that with no medication until we had to imply I need the medication. The dental assistants are rude and duchy they all have a bad attitude. And all the doctors there don't care about the patients they only fly in one day of the week. Everything about this establishment was a horrible experience. Starting with the front desk staff being very dismissive. The space is dirty and unkept. My mom got a root canal and I was in the room with her because she doesn't speak English. The doctor was being super impatient from the start. There was obviously a lag in communication time because l had to translate everything she was asking for my mom to do and she wasn't having it. My mom ended up throwing up and the doctor literally yelled and said how disgusting that was. She looked at her completely disgusted and told her if she planned to throw up again, she couldn't finish the root canal. It was extremely uncomfortable. My mom literally walked out crying. They do not care about you. Doctors don't give one single care about you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Wasn't even fully numbed for my root canal, the dr just said no your confusing pressure for pain.. so much pain. They did not educate me on anything, when it was over the dr just walked out and didn't say anything. Nobody educated me on anything i was just given a paper on what to expect. TERRIBLE place. During the procedure the assistant came in complaining about another patient in the other room gagging a lot, and the Dr said "tell them if they can't handle it they need to find another place." Horrible dental office. Unpleasant and racially discriminating against black people. Definitely didn't leave out smiling. I left out feeling not heard brushed off and dismissed from the dental office. A dental assistant tried to take out something in my mouth while dentist was not in the room. She misplaced and pulled on something sharp that was now stuck in my tooth. She said she was going to get help from dentist and never relayed what she did and just left me there. I had to pull sharp material out of my mouth once I saw doctor and another assistant walk by my room to consult with another patient and I was just left there in pain with something sharp poking me while they were talking. I stepped outside for a moment and came back in and the assistant told me they weren't going to finish the work that I was dismissed from the dental office. I was completely shocked to embarrassed left with a sharp tooth in my mouth that are not been trimmed down just a temporary post with no crown placed. I basically baked them to please finish the work and they basically told me no and actually, the doctor sat down and tried down some of the two and now I left out of the dentist office crying. I can't bite down on anything. My tooth is hitting my bottom tooth. I called Insurance and someone in the grievance department to call the dentist office and speak with the staff manager, which is Kendra who's sister is that lady who was supposed to be the dental assistant assisting the doctor that was treating me Kendra told my insurance company that they had sent out a dismissal letter on February 13 that they were dismissing me back on February 13 and not a letter had been mailed so I asked my insurance company about that. How could I be dismissed when they were treating me today, which was February 24 in the issue that I'm having with them was today February 24. Royal dental group is a racist Dental group who treats their kind and then disc credits and disc discriminate against racist like black white Chinese. It's sad because the actual dentist is nice and friendly somebody that you would want to be your dentist but then when you have parts of your staff that are dishonest and misleading, it hurts the doctors credibility. I'm going to be completely honest Royal Dental has a great front desk Staff and great doctors and Endodontist and specialty doctors, but when it comes to the integrity and the dignity part of the staff doesn't have that keep in mind you've got a twin sister, one working as the staff manager and one working as a dental assistant very bias. Went here as a first time patient and they had what seemed to be a new person or student doing my X-rays, which is fine but no one was there assisting or watching him. Ended up doing many many many X-rays. Then the dentist barely looked at my teeth and did a half job cleaning. I saw him for probably less than 5 minutes. I don't recommend this place for treatment the wait time is horrible. When I asked them they said, oh you guys are so lucky here because nowadays other clinics are completely booked and there is no doctor available for consultation or treatment, then he said, it will take a bit longer to doctor get here. I'm reviewing this a year later because my tooth filling just fell out - they're supposed to last 5 years at least. I know this place took MediCal when I first went, but I encourage anyone who has this for insurance to try and get them to send you elsewhere. My experience at this dentist a year ago was horrible. They had me down to remove four teeth - and I know the insurance didn't cover a deep clean, but they weren't going to even give my teeth a basic cleaning prior to the extraction before I requested it. The main doctor was way too rough, literally not caring if he hurt me in the process of cleaning and filling teeth that needed filled, and the young assistant in charge of the water used to rinse my mouth out kept making it so the water went up my nose and down my throat. They were in a rush, and now a year later the whole thing fell out. The pediatric dentist who took out my wisdom teeth the following week was the only person who was even remotely polite and nice to me and who cared if he hurt my mouth or not. :( luckily it wasn't whoever was in charge of the fillings and the initial cleaning process. The assistant kept putting me in charge of my own mouth suction and the laughing gas gave me a panic attack. So while I wasn't scared of dentists before, now I am. Thank you. Luckily I think the provider has been removed from MediCal, but now I am without insurance and have a huge gap in my front tooth and the nerve is exposed. Do not go here. read more

I still have nightmares about this place. Worst place ever. For reference, One thing about me is I am Not scared of going to the dentist whatsoever. PLEASE READ The doctor that attended me was an absolute nightmare. At the beginning of him assessing me I informed him I do not deal with anesthesia well... idk what it is but it takes more and longer for it to do any sort of affect on me. He immediately proceeded to tell me I was being dramatic and that local anesthesia works just fine. When he came back around from attending another patient. I informed him I wasn't feeling any of the anesthesia. Which then he started to insinuate that I was lying but he proceeded to apply more. At this point I can barelyyy feel the local anesthesia kicking in. Once the procedure actually started it was the most excruciating pain I have ever felt. I could feel every poke and cut and bang against my teeth. I was YELLING the whole time for him to stop. The actual pull of the extraction was the absolute WORST. The pain was so intense my body started to convulse in the chair to the point that I reached towards his hand to try and stop him... his assistant then proceeded to try and hold me down. My whole body uncontrollably shook in the chair. As I still continued to yell and kick while tears uncontrollably streamed from my eyes. I was originally supposed to have all 4 removed and left with just the bottom 2 out because I could not take the pain. 3 hrs after my appointment, once I settled down at home.... The anesthesia kicked in. - I still think about that day. And they say you can't remember pain. But yet I cry remembering my experience. And my body tenses up from fear. - I still go to the dentist (not this one). Because I am not scared of the dentist. But I am scared of doctors like him who are so negligent, who are more concerned about getting people in nd out. Than going about how to treat a patient CORRECTLY and with respect. I have been with Royal Dental Group for a couple of years now. It is by far the best dental office that I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few in my lifetime. The receptionists are very sweet and informative. The dental hygienists are gentle when taking x rays. The dentists all have a lot of experience between them and have good bedside manner. This review is for Eric Crumb. He is one of the worst dentists I've came across. Do not go to him. My son had a couple of teeth pulled and could feel everything, he did not give him enough numbing medication, was crawling out of his chair. He would not take the time to give him more medicine. The two patients before him where yelling from the pain. He also drilled on the wrong tooth. Make sure you file a complaint with your insurance about this dentist so he will be held accountable and not get away with treating people this way, he is barbaric. If you get a referral to him tell your insurance you want to go to someone else, trust me. read more

My daughters appointment was at 2:00pm not taken back until 3:00 pm, given numbing shot at 3:30pm, treatment not started until 4:00pm. Left office told 4 prescriptions (2pain med, antibiotic, mouthwash) would be called i. Got to pharmacy-nothing called in, called office 4:50 keep getting voicemai. Called emergency number several times only to get voicemail. Finally got call from emergency dentist who said would submit prescriptions. Then to be told by pharmacy the dentist doesn't have credentials to call in prescriptions. My daughter is now going to be in pain and suffering all weekend. Only reason I'm rating one star is because there is no option for zero, I waited six months for an appointment only to find out the day of that it was only a consultation. When I finally was able to go in for the actual appointment it took them three hours to get to me, apparently they were running behind but I think three hours it's just a bit much. I went here last week for my wisdom teeth and honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They have students running the place which is fine but when no one is supervising them and no one not even the dentist can figure out how to suction during a wisdom tooth extraction it's very concerning. My first visit was an xray and I didn't even see the dentist til I was getting numbed up for surgery. They refused to give me any aftercare instructions and I asked for irrigating syringes and was told I didn't need them on multiple occasions, which is crazy because you do need them when you have two giant holes in your mouth. I feel like they took advantage of a lot of their patients they kept you waiting 40 plus minutes from your appointment time and the dentist is going back and forth from 4 different rooms during procedures. Most people were there alone and they kind of took advantage of that when you ask for aftercare instructions I even tried to tell the dentist that he was cutting my lip with the saw and he continued to do so. Not to mention he was so aggressive getting my tooth out that they had to hold my head down he kept trying when it wouldn't come out instead of drilling more which caused a massive bruise and swelling on that side. Also when I called to ask for irrigation syringes they offered me more opioids which is insane because they prescribed me 25 2 days ago this place is a nightmare. read more

I had my reservations when I saw the reviews and I should have trusted my gut. Most unprofessional and dirtiest office I've ever seen especially for the area. Got referred for wisdom tooth extraction and was left more terrified that reassured after my consult. I sat in the patience room for an hour and half watching the "busy" dental staff attempt to kill a spider . Called to ask to be sedated and was told it would be possible and then was told at the desk I would need a whole other referral process.  They either  don't pick up the phone or when they do it's to give misinformation.  Don't bother calling they'll play phone tag and blame you .Just pull up or better yet find somewhere else. This is the worst place ever, They had me and my sister wait for over 2 hours. I understand wait times. But why have us check in at 10:30 for an appointment at 11!!! Just to still wait another hour AFTER ?? whats the point of the set appointment time!!! The day before my sister called for the appointment and they didnt pick up the phone at all!! Worse service no one ever answers the phone and any time you have an appointment it's a 1 hours 20 plus from your set time both times I came here I waited over a hour and a half for my scheduled appointments . Also My Refferal was sent in August they didn't do my extradition until next year of January. Over five month or half a year just to take a look at my mouth and not even include the extraction yet. This place is absolute chaos . When if your lucky to get ahold of someone they don't help much but try to blame your insurance when the insurance said it was on their end Royal dental does not care to get those in whom really need help . The dentist was so rude..would not give my 13 year old a minute to accept getting the shot to numb for a filling . My son is scared of needles and just needed a few seconds and didn't open his mouth right away.
