Then the office claimed that this second visit would count as my "second cleaning." So basically, they tried to count one cleaning split into two sessions as the two cleanings I paid for. That's like paying for two burritos and being given one burrito cut in half -- it's absurd. This whole situation was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and felt like a complete scam. It honestly ruined my week trying to sort it out. Their own brochure clearly states "two professional cleanings," yet I only got half of one. Staffing issues and scheduling challenges should not come at the expense of patients' oral health. Each room has Netflix so you can watch while they're working on your teeth.
