The star is for the dentist he was great. I had to wait 40 minutes past my appt time to be treated. There was a woman violently coughing in the lobby( important later) Anyways the xray girl was touching the plastic piece that goes into my mouth (not the handle the actual mouth piece) for the xray then touching the switches on the wall, the mouse, the equipment with out changing gloves. The caviwipes were open when we came in and she didnt close them after taking one to clean all the equipment used. She used this stick looking camera to take pictures and she BARELY wiped it before putting it back, it was not cleaned properly. Wiping all the stuff she used only tool like 5 seconds so you can imagine how good the disinfecting was.. Now im thinking if the sick lady in the lobby was there before me im catching whatever she has too. When i went to check out there was a used balled up piece of tissue at the front desk. Multiple staff walked by it and didnt clean it. Im so grossed out i have autoimmune issues as well as elderly relatives. Please avoid this place they do not care about keeping a clean clinic. I will never return

Dr. Dang is amazing. And Dr. Wong is amazing too. I have severe dental anxiety and I usually only go if something is really wrong. Dr. Dang made me feel very comfortable and safe the entire time. Made me feel like I was in control of the level of comfort I had during my visit. He also does my daughter's teeth and wow. He is so good with her only being 5. His office employees also made her feel special and want to come back to the dentist. Dr. Wong did my root canal today. I never thought I'd ever be able to do a root canal but here I am, no pain, and totally willing to come back for his services. The office manager (Andy?) is also great. Makes sure that we can take care of the services needed without pressuring you into choosing the most expensive treatment. I love this office and the staff there as well. Thank you guys SO much

This review is specifically regarding the manager, Pedro Galindo…read more Pedro Galindo was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I had to come to this location three separate times just to get my son's retainer. On the first visit, they had to redo the impression because the original one was done incorrectly. On the second visit, we came in based on staff telling us that FedEx showed the retainer would be delivered that same day. No one called us to reschedule or inform us of any issues. Instead, we were made to wait in the lobby only to be told they needed to reschedule again. On our third visit, we checked in and were told the retainer was there the receptionist even remembered us from the previous visits. About 10 minutes later, we were informed that they could not find it. The receptionist, who was very kind, showed more urgency than management in trying to locate it. When I asked to speak with the manager, Pedro approached the situation very nonchalantly. I explained my frustration and pointed out that it is common sense to call patients instead of making them repeatedly come in and waste their time. He showed no empathy or accountability. He then stated that he was "doing me a favor" by redoing the impression and "going the extra mile." This was not a favor this was the third visit, and correcting their mistake is simply part of his responsibility as a manager. To avoid another wasted trip, I asked Pedro for a direct phone line so I could call ahead and confirm everything was ready before coming back. He handed me a business card and explicitly stated that the number on the card was his direct line. When I called the number with the phone on speaker it was clearly a call center, not a direct line. I informed him of this, and instead of acknowledging the lie, he asked for my phone number and dialed it in front of me, showing that my phone rang. I explained that this was not the number on the card and that I was simply asking him to make the situation right. He continued to deflect and said, "This is all I can do." I then asked to speak with a different manager, and he dismissed my request entirely. Pedro needs retraining or should not be in a management role. He is rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service skills I want to be clear that Sonia, the receptionist, was professional, kind, and doing her job. Unfortunately, front-desk staff end up dealing with frustrated patients when management refuses to take accountability.

I really don't want to let out the secret about Dr. Lee, since good dentists are hard to find and…read morekind ones are even harder to find. Dr Lee's a very kind and understanding person and experienced dentist. My family has been coming to him for several years now and at my recent appt, I noticed he got a Yelp award last year so it is definitely time for me to write a review, not that he needs it for his business, but b/c we appreciate his professionalism with a human touch. It's been hard to find a dentist we trust with whom we can also feel comfortable sharing our health philosophies and preferences and who respect our choices. You'd think all medical (and dental) professionals would respect a patient's choices, but I've experienced quite a few brow-beating over the years that left me feeling disheartened and drained instead of encouraged rather than made to feel guilty and my family actually has decent to pretty good teeth! We generally have good to very good oral hygiene and only occasionally get cavities, but we're human and of course there are times when we need some fillings (and hopefully not worse). Options are always presented by Dr. Lee especially with the option to WAIT and SEE, which I've found many dentists do not really allow. I have my thoughts on why they might push patients towards lots of fillings, root canals, crowns, and other procedures, but you, the reader, can probably fill in the blanks. Of course, there are time when those more invasive procedures are needed beyond just a small filling or two, but we really appreciate that he is open to discussion on options instead of strong-arming patients like we've experienced with other dentists. For example, we regularly use coconut oil to practice oil pulling, which is an established hygiene practice of an aryeuvedic nature from the Indian culture (I believe several other cultures practice this too). While this is an alternative and not conventional practice, it has definitely worked for us. I have seen my kids' cavities on their baby teeth (at least) REMINERALIZE after oil pulling daily so that their emergent cavities closed back up some and those baby teeth naturally fell out before they really needed to be filled. Because Dr. Lee is open to these alternative practices even if he may not agree or believe in their effectiveness, he gives us time to try them, and that is how a good dentist-patient relationship is form, on mutual respect. Dr. Lee is also a personable and well-traveled person which means he's open-minded and a globe-trotter and our family enjoys traveling too, so we also have a common conversation topic for when we have our mouths open and he's cleaning and examining our teeth, we enjoy listening to his latest adventures. He's kind and no-non-sense which is also nice. Finally, his practice is digitized enough so that at least his charts are not on paper anymore as our previous dentist still used paper charts post 2020, and it was hard to get copies of our charts when we transferred to Dr. Lee. I'm not 100% into all electronics, but where there's pro's to bringing the tech to the 21st century, I appreciate that Dr. Lee has invested into those modernizations when others still have really archaic processes like I have to call or email to confirm my appts instead of just respond to a text. Finally, Dr. Lee has a gentle and professional dental assistant who assist him and she, along with the receptionist also make the office a friendly environment. My family has no anxiety when we come for our check-ups and minor dental procedures. Thanks again, Dr. Lee and we wish you a blessed holiday season till we see you again next year!

It was getting to the point that I was considering a root canal and I was struggling with the pain. There is plenty of parking at the office and the receptionist welcomed me in and gave me all the paperwork I'd need to fill out. I was brought back to a chair and I noticed that they have really nice equipment here and the office is really clean and welcoming- well, as welcoming as the dentist can be. There was even a little poster on the ceiling for when you're staring up as they work on your mouth. They took some new X-rays, took a look at my teeth and did some sensitivity testing with ice and some tapping. Ultimately the advice was to keep waiting on my teeth to heal after the fillings- that the fillings were good and not too deep and that the nerves were still healthy but a bit irritated and sensitive from the dental work. I wasn't thrilled about needing to continue to deal with the pain, but it's now been over a month from this appointment and my teeth are feeling almost normal again. There is still some cold and heat sensitivity but the pain is much less and I'm not getting random pain that lingers and gives me headaches. It definitely saved time, money and my real teeth by not needing to do the root canal. My teeth were definitely testing me though- it was a rough couple months.
