From February of 2021 Manny is not only a great plumber, but as it would logically follow, a great person as well. He really cares about his customers, as well as his work. Manny is an honorable and trustworthy person whom you should not hesitate for a second to seek out. My latest issue is all the leaking pipes after the deep freeze this February of 2021. He came out the day after I called him, on a Sunday, and spent 7 hours or more repairing ten leaks in my plumbing. He is awesome!!!! He also set me up with someone who can do the reconstruction from all the water damage, Joe from Pro Attic who is also a wonderful person. His name is Manny, and his company is "Royal Flush Affordable Plumbing". His number is (281) 612-1015. I had been having my main drain plug up. Last year, I had a RotoRooter plumber come and clear the drain, which was very expensive. After it was cleared, I put some root killer in the drain suspecting that might be the problem. I was suspecting roots as the house is 40+ years old with large trees in the yard. Then this January, it backed up again. And when it plugs up, you can use no water since there is no drain. In looking for plumbers again, I came across Manny. He came to my house late in the day, and being January, it was very cold that day. But in spite of all of that, he was able to clear the drain that evening. The usual snake did not get it at first, but then he pulled out a heavy duty snake and got it to clear. There was nothing the snake pulled out, so we weren't sure what caused the problem. So we decided to wait and see what happened. But being two times now, I was really concerned I might have a major problem. Just the other day May 22, it plugged again late in the afternoon... and again Manny was able to adjust his schedule with another client and come out that night to unplug it. Again, nothing obvious was seen when he snaked it. But this time I decided to spend the extra money to run a camera survey to check out the line. To my relief, Manny determined the problem was on the city side... my plumbing was fine. Whew, having to dig up the line and replace it was around $3,000 so I was very scared. But I have since called the city and are waiting for them to come out, check it out themselves, and do whatever repair is needed. I called them after my kitchen sink would continually clog up over the years and requested that they bring a camera out to see what's going on. Manny came out the next day and found the problem. He gave me a fair quote, on the spot, for how much it would cost to tunnel under my house and repair the broken pipe. His men were there the next day, on time, and worked very fast and professionally to get the job done. By the end of the day the kitchen sink was working! Manny even went out of his way to help me repair a leaking condensation pipe from my AC system that had began dripping water through my ceiling while he was there! Everyone hates it when you have a plumbing problem. Expensive, rude service from most. I have used Manny twice now and in both instances he was professional, personable and did great work. I had him install a new valve to a toilet awhile back with great success, this time I had a frozen backflow valve on my irrigation system. He came out next day, gave me a reasonable price, replaced the unit, put in new pipe before and after the backflow and even added another shutoff valve on the incoming line. I called Manny Sunday afternoon and set up an appointment at 9am Monday, 10/29/18 for both and exterior and an interior leaky pipe. He came on time. He tightened up the exterior leak with fixed it instantly and changed a valve under a bathroom sink to fix the second leak. It is 10 am now and all is done with a reasonable price.
