It's easy to make an appointment online. My sessions always goes smoothly. You can pick the level of gel you want. My session usually takes one hour. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They help make the process goes smoother. You can also enjoy Netflix during your session. It helps the time goes by much quicker. Touch up sessions are also easy and affordable. Afterward, they give you thorough instructions on what you should eat and not eat. I do experience sensitivity after a few hours later but it usually goes away the next day. I mentioned cupping , she kept referring me back to the wood sculpt. This is what I read was offered on the Groupon 'During cupping session, the therapist applies heated cups directly to the patient's skin to create a vacuum. The heated vapors and light suction are intended to relieve stress, open energy channels, and detoxify the body. Wood Therapy is a technique that employs purposely shaped woodpieces to sculpt the body in desired areas, allowing the therapist to move and drain accumulated adipose tissue. Butt Enhancement: fat loss and cellulite reduction radio frequency wood, vacuum and light therapy butt lift and enhancement' I just gave up and went with what she offered. The "table" I had to get on was unsteady and extremely uncomfortable, not a massage table AT ALL!!! After having my back fat rolled out for 15 min she proceeded to gently rub in oil into my back and neck for 15 more min then the session was over. When I got dressed and tipped her $12 I was told by the receptionist I owed an additional $54 for the oil and rub down. I was honestly shocked. Not only was the appt from 2:25-3:10 nothing was really done. I felt like I was a pice of chicken getting ready for baking. Rolled oiled and rubbed down. I was charged a total of $100 for something that originally cost $100. So all in all I was scammed for something that was ineffective, unsafe, awkward and pointless. Never ever ever ever again
