I've used Eagle Hand Car Wash many times in the past and have always enjoyed my experiences there, which is why this situation has been so disappointing. They definitely lean more on the higher-end side for car washes, but I haven't minded paying more because I expected better care, attention to detail, and customer service. The washes themselves are done well and the location is convenient, which is why I continued going back. After my visit on 3/31/26, I discovered a tear in the leather on my center console that was not there before the wash. I reported it immediately at pickup, staff took photos, and I was told the claim would be submitted to their claims department. What has been frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the lack of follow-through afterward. I've spent the last three weeks repeatedly calling for updates and each time I'm told I should hear something "next week," but no actual resolution or communication has happened. For a business charging higher prices for hand wash services, I expected better accountability and customer service when an issue was acknowledged by staff at the time of service. The damage is a tear through the leather surface, not a small scuff, and I've already had to obtain repair estimates on my own. I visited here one Saturday afternoon since i wanted to try a new place. It's not the one I had seen a few weeks ago...but its only about 5 blocks away. Regardless, their hand washes start at $25, which is reasonable but more than I pay at my fav spot in another part of town. Google indicated they were not busy at all, but when I arrived it didnt look too busy, but the attendant indicated they were running about an hour. I went ahead and got a wash anyway. I chose the Q tip since it uses compressed air on the interior cleaning and shines exterior trim for about $10 more than their basic wash. Turns out this was a waste of $10 since they didn't "shine" or even clean the exterior trim of my car. They also missed a large road grease spot on the driver side rear fender....one of the main reasons I went to get a car was that day in the first place! This is not a typical 100% hand wash. As they were using a brush to wash the lower part of my car prior to cleaning with foam and rags. The waiting room is in a building on the property adjacent to where you enter. The portable building has 3 seating areas with wifi, a/c, water bottles, coffee, and even wine by the glass....albeit it's lower end wine...but it's free! Pro tip: leave a review and receive 15% off on your next visit. For your 3rd visit, use the yelp check in and receive 10% off. After a standard car wash I spoke with Eddie about paint correction and ceramic coating services and was impressed by the affordability. Raul at the body shop side of the house did an amazing job restoring my swirled, oxidized paint job and doing a ceramic treatment that makes my 8 yr old car look brand new. He also fixed some accident damage to my front bumper and fender, straightening out the sheet metal and doing a seamless blend job at less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere. Today I sat at the window in a tall chair so I could go practice boring and hard board questions. As I sat there I watched someone grab the mats from my car and power wash them. That wasn't even the part that stunned me. She continued to power dry them. That's a thing. I never knew. Giving 3 stars bc I didn't actually get to my car washed to test the actual quality of their washes, I wasn't able to get passed the front desk. I went this morning at 8am, it was me and 1 other car that was already almost done. The lady at the front desk was on the phone for at least 10 min when I walked in, answering which seemed like redundant questions over the phone from a customer. She never signaled or told me, "I'll be right with you" hangs up the phone rolling her eyes and then looks at me like "what?" Lol. What I like about them is that they are open until 7pm, which is good as most carwash places close at 6pm. Nextly, the Basic Car Wash is very affordable and makes my car look so fresh and so clean! Not happy with my experience today. I came in and only 2 cars in front of me. I decided to pay and wait outside as the inside employee told me my car was almost done. I waited outside while an employee hung out in my car and on her phone for just over 10 minutes. I assume the girl in the photo I took is her daughter as I watched her remove items from the side door to put them in the back. Then she proceeds to touch her reflection on my side door leaving several smudges on what other hard working employees cleaned. My assumption is that the lady on the phone is in some type of management role because no one said anything to her, they simply worked around her and her daughter. I come here all the time and for the most part always leave satisfied, and also refer a lot of people to come here because I feel they wash really well here. But on today I took my truck in for a wash after it was filled with mud. I spoke to the lady about possibly cleaning my truck a little better under the wheels and she stated that's all they could do. Not once did she offer to see if she could possibly do a better job she stated that's the best we can do sorry about that. She is always very off and on with the attitude. You have to catch her on a good day to get good customer service from her. The guy that works there is much better with people. Well anyways I made it home 30 minutes after leaving straightaway from the car wash and my truck is now full of mud, possibly from the under carriage. The car washes there aren't cheap. So I call up there for the lady to answer the phone with a very dry attitude. I told her my truck was very muddy after literally leaving there and driving straight home. Dropped my car off around 4:30 on a weekday. It was getting dark but they numerous lights surrounding the property. My car wash took about an hour but they were pretty busy. I got the Very Clean. That package includes: hand wash, hand dry, interior wipe down with air, windows, rims & tire shine, door panels and vacuum! But last but not please they do a complete leather conditioner. They missed several spots and they used WAY too much leather conditioner. My steering wheel and dash was super slimy. I had to get a microfiber towel to get the excess conditioner. I appreciate an upfront establishment. I went in thinking I needed an expense detailing but when the guy looked in my car and recommended the Q-tip with an à la cart mat washing. It ended up being less expense so I left a nice tip! They did a great job! I went on Sunday and it was pretty crowded but worth the wait. Got my car cleaned here because I wanted a good wash and for them to be careful. To my surprise the workers power washed my car way to close and messed up my whole front grill and emblems are scratched off. I called the manager and he told me to call on Saturday (over a week later) so they can review the cameras . I waited a day and heard nothing so I reached out and they sent me cropped video clips of them wiping the sides of my car. I called back and asked for the whole video and he never sent them. I understand mistakes happen but for them to take no accountability and say they're not at fault is ridiculous. I paid over $150 and the manager told me they're not liable because it had been a couple days since I reached out when they're the ones who told me to wait over a week to hear back. I actually got what I paid for! Car washes can be hit or miss. You either pay over $150 for a full detail and oftentimes walk away pissed off because you paid for something you could have done yourself with a little elbow grease - or you spend nothing and get just that in return. The crew at Eagle Hand spent 2-2.5 hours on my SUV and they spent each minute cleaning the hell out of every nook and cranny - which was FILLED with yellow lab dog hair because that's how I roll. I got the "Mini Detail" ($90 for SUVs) which included a hand wash, hand dry, interior whipe down, windows, rims and tire shine, door panels, vacuuming (insanely fantastic job, I might add), interior leather conditioner, and exterior cream hand wax. Not many bells and whistles like other places - with shoe shining, cafes, gift shops - but there's a picnic table outside and a Valero next door where I grabbed a few cold pops and read. It has almost been a year since I first paid a visit to Eagle Hand Car Wash & Detail. Since I'm a member here, I could come back to get my car washed at any point during the week. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to come here as much as I'd like due to a couple of things: - I got in a wreck. So my car was a goner and I was left with a loaner for a little bit. No, I wouldn't take my rental car here to get washed. - I drove by here several times to get my car washed only to see that there was a line of cars which means I wouldn't have enough time to wait to get my car washed. Neither of these are their fault, though. If you live in the area, their monthly membership is definitely a good deal since they are open late (8:00 am - 8:00 pm everyday) and you could bring your car in after work, or whenever you have time in the evening. I try to avoid taking my car here more than once a week because I think too many car washes won't do your car any good. Not from the washes, but from the drying. The rags being used and the rubbing your car dry won't be too friendly to your car's paint, I think. But hey, don't quote me on that. It's after all your car, so you do what you want to do to your car, mmkay? In my original review, my main complaint about this place was the fact that the quick wipe down wasn't too thorough. On top of that, the trunk area wasn't vacuumed at all. Ever since my first visit here, both of those thins are no longer an issue. The trunk is always vacuumed, and they clean your interior enough to be satisfying. They still offer a comfortable waiting area with free WiFi, free bottle water (seriously - what other car wash place offers this service?), free Keurig Coffee, and clean restroom. They also have an ATM inside just in case you would like to get some cash (*ahem* tip *ahem*). Ruben, the owner, and his team are a friendly bunch and they will take good care of your car. Only one thing that needs fixing on their end (which is not a big deal, really). A couple of times after a good wash when I enter my car and turn the ignition on, the wiper is at the "on" position. Which means, your freshly cleaned windshield will have wiper streaks! It's a real easy fix for me: get out the car and wipe it off with a towel. I should've cleaned the car myself and that would've saved me time, money, gas, and my sanity. I purchased a full detail and they left a lot of things dirty. They also chipped my tint and the owner refused to own up to it. Kept going in circles shifting the blame instead of taking action. He should run for office, he'd make a great politician! This guy was NUTS, even went as far as suggesting we go and ask the poor girl who bumped into the door what she was wearing inside her pants. So now we gotta strip down the employees just to waste time and find something to avert the problem. Like "well you can't prove that I did it". YOU can't prove it did not happen! The tint was fine until I came in!!! I thought it was a dirty spot when I first saw it and even the girl acknowledged my reaction!! They did wash the dirty parts after I returned, only after grunting in Spanish about how he would check the video to see if I was lying. On Friday November 29th, I came to get a car wash and I left out of there with damage to my windshield. I went back to day after and they guaranteed that it was not their doing. There's specs all over my windshield that was not there before. My windshield was clear, perfectly fine. When the sun hits my windshield there's millions of specs, looks like glitter. I'm a single mother of two small children, I live paycheck by paycheck and it's very disappointing that the car I'm almost done paying off was damaged by this company and they do not want to fix the problem they caused.. they keep undermining me and blaming it on rocks when in fact all of a sudden I have this issue after leaving their place of business! I wish my camera can do better justice as to what I see in my windshield day in and at night it's even worse!
