She buys her cigarettes here every other day. She knows everybody at this shop. Especially the manager, who is stocky bald guy in his early forties. I assume his eastern European. Anyway he was really rude and treated my friend really bad today although she's been a customer for more than 12 years! He told her that there was no business for her and ask her to leave or he was gonna call the cops on her!! She was literally shocked by this guy attitude since she's been a customer of this establishment for so long. If the owner of this place reads this complaint, please do something about it. This employee of yours is really mean and route to customers I have witness a couple of times how he yells and cursed at customers. My friend did nothing to deserve this. What in the world is wrong with this guy??!! I am pretty sure that you have lost many customers already because of this guy!

For example, me bf and I consider ourself marijuana connoisseurs. We take hash rosin dabs out of American blown glass rigs and nails. This local shop carries heady nails!!! Our nail (what you put the hash in) broke unexpectedly. This head shop carried a great replacement Hendy banger which was $100. Heady stuff is difficult to find at regular smoke shops so it's cool to have a dependable shop so close to us. They also carry puffcos and a large variety of vape stuff. I tried to ask if he could at least keep the original price for me since I buy a ton of it, and he lied and tried to say he didn't ring me up for a box and said I got 4 for the price of 3 and he's gonna "let it slide" so no to the original price request. I corrected him and said no, you must be thinking of someone else bc I had only bought 3 that day anyway. And he knew he was full of shit bc he was like "oh". I drove all the way there (20 mins) bc at first I liked his prices (not anymore,thanks to myself) on Saturday at 6 o'clock and he was closed. His hours are close at 6:30 on Saturday so I was pissed. And he's not even open on Sunday, like wtf. His shop is a shitty hole in the wall, it's tiny and doesn't even have that much selection. And his attitude was appalling. He'll be sorry.
