She buys her cigarettes here every other day. She knows everybody at this shop. Especially the manager, who is stocky bald guy in his early forties. I assume his eastern European. Anyway he was really rude and treated my friend really bad today although she's been a customer for more than 12 years! He told her that there was no business for her and ask her to leave or he was gonna call the cops on her!! She was literally shocked by this guy attitude since she's been a customer of this establishment for so long. If the owner of this place reads this complaint, please do something about it. This employee of yours is really mean and route to customers I have witness a couple of times how he yells and cursed at customers. My friend did nothing to deserve this. What in the world is wrong with this guy??!! I am pretty sure that you have lost many customers already because of this guy!

After some small talk, I paid for the cigar and He asked if I wanted him to cut the cigar for me. I have a cutter at home, but said sure why not? Please cut it for me. After searching for a couple seconds, he found his cutter - but things turned strange quickly. He defensively asked "Do you want me to smoke it for you too?". Huh?? Sir, you offered to cut it for me! I laughed it off and said no. But he strangely turned aggressive/defensive and stared me down eye-to-eye for a couple seconds. And then handed me the cigar back and asked me to open it. Again, HUH? I'm unsure what angle he was taking, or if he was on drugs. But for whatever reason, the situation quickly turned awkward. I asked for the cigar back - which he handed me - and told him I'd just cut it at home. As I left he said "My hands are full bro"....again, huh???? I'm not sure what was wrong with him. I've been to this shop multiple times before but this will be my last time. TOBACCO BUZZ is only a couple streets down (past Kaiser) and I've never been treated like this. Will continue going there!
