Parking was easy and the lot was well lit. Now selection isn't always the best. That's why my kids dont like coming here anymore. I keep coming here because it's simple. It's not about what you wear but how you wear it! I buy all classics. I buy my running shoes here too. I even buy apparel/clothes because I find stuff here I can't find anywhere else. They used to send coupons in the mail. I miss those! They had me coming 2x a month or more. Plus my points add up so it keeps me coming back. Now service. I've never, ever had a bad experience at any wss. At this location (and all) the employees are helpful, they greet me as I walk in, ask if I need help and since I can pick my own shoe size, color and style, it's always a smooth experience. When I got to the cashier, Jaylene asked what I needed help with, and I explained the situation. She told me I could not receive a gift card and that the only option was a return, which would send the money back to the original purchaser. Another employee, who was helping a different customer, stepped in and correctly explained that I was able to receive a gift card since I had the gift receipt. Despite this, Jaylene said no and insisted it wasn't possible. She was very rude throughout the interaction and spoke as if she knew more than everyone else, even though she was incorrect about a basic store policy. She eventually did process the gift card. I want to thank the other employee who actually knew the policy and helped fix the situation. Customer service like this made a simple exchange annoying to go through.

Also something that was so odd was I asked for a receipt after Paying cash and she stated because I paid cash they didn't give receipts unless I payed card. She also said they take Zelle and if paid via Zelle it was no tax and no receipt. I asked her again and she said they don't give receipts when it's a cash transaction I immediately knew that was illegal and upon researching I came across The BPC § 21666 outlines the requirement for vendors to provide written receipts for purchases exceeding $15. It is law to provide receipt with purchase of 15$ or more. Be aware.
