Horrible customer service for an online order. Ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas. Did not receive a sweater and 2 shirts. They said fedex shows delivered. I told them I did get the delivery with my other items, but those items were missing. They denied my claim and said fedex shows it delivered so to file a claim with fedex. Obviously I got the box but during Xmas the workers more than likely did not pack correctly!! Soo mad! They need better policies for missing items! read more

When I step into a WSS store, I naturally make my way to the clothing section! I know it's primarily a shoe and sports type of store, but I'm a girl and the clothing side is pretty appealing. And yaaay for Groupon! We had purchased a $20 for $40 worth of merchandise coupon, and it was burning a hole in our pocket. LOCATION Corner of Firestone Blvd and Pioneer Blvd. Private lot with plenty of parking. SHOES For men, women, children. Primarily for all sports, skateboarders, dressy, and casual. They have great deals on their no name brand shoes, especially if you purchase more than one pair there is a slight discount. For example, if the price is $5.99, you can purchase two pairs for $10. Name brands are at a reasonable price and most likely cheaper than at other retailers. They also have a huge clearance section that is really well organized! CLOTHING *Men's - big guy sizes, sports themed, shirts and shorts *Women's - jeans, dressy casual, clubbing, basics. I saw brand names from stores like Forever 21, Papaya, and others. Prices for tops ranged from $7.99-$12.99. Basic tank tops were 2 for $8. *Children's - basics, jackets, jeans ***Note*** NO FITTING ROOM. The customers and workers got a PG13 show today as I was trying some clothing. ACCESSORIES *Women's jewelry - necklaces and earrings starting at $1.99 *Wallets and purses (including Hello Kitty!!!) *Toys including mini soccer balls for $10 SHOE CARE *Extra shoe laces *Shoe cleaner ~$3.99 *Weather protector spray to keep your shoes water resistant ~$3.99 SERVICE Super friendly and helpful. They greeted us upon entering, stressed for us to feel free to holler if we needed any assistance, and asked us how they could improve the store. The selection isn't great, it's small and most shoes are pretty trash, even ignoring how they look they don't fit well or work well and probably won't last you. A lot of their shoes look worn even in the "new" area so I figured they allowed returns as long as the shoe weren't bad. I bought some shoes and worn them only once for 15 minutes but realized my foot was hurting a lot from wearing them. I even made sure to clean them a bit and kept everything nice. I got there and was told that even wearing them once you can't return them. Other shoe stores don't mind but this one does. Sometimes it's not obvious that the shoes won't work for you until you wear them a bit. I feel robbed because I can't do anything with these shoes now, I can't wear them so they're just going to sit there. The staff was nice about it and it's not their fault and they tried to work with me on a discount but at that point I just didn't want to waste any more time and especially more money in this shithole. I do not recommend this place at all and if you want good working shoes or even just to wear daily or to go out there's plenty other stores in the area with better policies than this shithole store. read more

I came in today to get the last gift off my Christmas shopping list. Some high top converse for my nephew. I called and they said they had them but couldn't hold them. I said that's cool I'm only 15 min away anyway. I walk into the store and it's really disorganized customers didn't even know where to line up. When I was in line I noticed one of the girls was really rude her name is Yvette. She talked down to the other girls that worked there and was very snappy. I was next so she asked if someone had help me. I said not yet. Then I told her what type of shoes I was looking for. Without even checking she said we don't have them. I told her I know you have them because I called and someone over the phone told me you did. So go look for them. She came back in less then 2 min and said we don't have them!!! I asked her if maybe they were at the counter she dismiss me and said I told you we don't have them so there!!! Then I asked one of the girls who is your manager? And they said it was her. I can't believe that WSS would hire such a rude unprofessional person to be a manager. As I paying customer I expect employees to do there job and Yvette should be a example to the rest of the employees instead she is rude, snappy and socializing at the counter. At this point I was really upset but then one of the girls saw I was frustrated and offered to help and said she had the shoes I wanted she checked me out quickly and was very professional. She turned my experience around but Ivette should definitely take some pointers from her. Ivette If you don't like to work in retail and deal with the public maybe you should reconsider your career choices. read more

When I went to get my new Nikes last week, I walked around for at least a half an hour and when a girl asked me if I need help, she seemed upset that I actually had questions and responded by saying " This is basically it, what ever you see is all we have so...... Able to use in store coupon with a review ONLY according to an employee and the register attendant helping me. I showed them my signal wasn't the best, despite having Verizon, and suddenly her magic touch on my cell made it gain it's signal back. As I turned the phone back to me once she said it was ready for me to write my review I realized she had rated themselves 5 STARS for the review I was about to post. Shame on THAT employee, so for that one star off. Make sure you come in with enough time to write a review and not a tip if you want to use the coupon. This is the first time I'd have to this after being able to use it without leaving a review at other locations. So for that inconvenience I took off another star. Called the store and spoke with Mark around 840 pm for store hours. Arrived at the store by 848pm. Mark decides to lock the doors and go towards the back as I'm getting off my car. Then decides to come out at 858 pm and says his systems went down. Horrible customer service. It's crazy you'd think stores would try there best to help customers out especially when they had to lose sales due to COVID. Very badly run. Hope management can get this fixed ASAP. read more

CREDIT CARD THEFT RACKET GOING HERE???? Great shoes/prices but shady sales people. One of the sales girls handed my husband a 25% off coupon on the way in one day. Perfect. We found four pairs of shoes we wanted. Supposedly one of them "couldn't be purchased with the coupon" they handed us so they used another one for 15% and we did this first transaction separately. Went to ring up the other three pairs of shoes and suddenly our card was declined. Mind you we drive nice cars, own a nice home and have high credit scores. She swiped it again and again and our platinum card kept getting declined. Mine did the same thing. So I used my Amex and we were on our way. Called the credit card company immediately when we got in the car. They said they detected a "glitch" after the first purchase, but couldn't see what it was so they put a hold on the account. We then verified our purchases there, they reinstated the cards and we were fine...or so we thought. Two days later (mind you it was Valentine's Day that week) we get two very large charges at Nordstrom on our credit card--which weren't ours. And we hadn't used the card since we were at this store. The thief was even slick enough to come over the Nordy's we shop at and purchase there (we will contact Nordy's too because they usually ask for ID upon a credit card purchase--maybe the thief has a friend working there?). Whoever had the card was on a frenzy because although these first charges were never caught, there were several more after that at other high-end stores in our area that were declined, thank goodness. This is the only place we had been to that this could have happened. The store was fairly empty and we are very careful about keeping our cards out of sight until it's time to purchase--if we even use them at all. No we didn't have to pay for the fraudulent charges, but BEWARE OF THIS STORE. Use cash if you must shop there. We won't ever again. read more
