The most basic pedicure here is $50, but that doesn't include exfoliating or massage. The past 2 times I visited, I got pedicures. I booked the eucalyptus pedicure for $75, after tip you walk out paying $85 for a pedicure!!!!!!!!!! Outrageous. Both times I really liked my nail techs (Ian and May), but the shape of my nails are never smooth and consistent. I'm in bed as I type this review and my toe nails are still pretty long and sharp. I'm unsure if the DND nail polish they're using is dissatisfactory or if they don't polish the toes well. Both pedicures I've received here - the polish looks funky. Not to mention today's pedicure massage was rough. May's finger nail was the main character jamming me lazily rather than her giving me a $85 worth foot massage. Ian's massage last time was better. All in all, you get sparkling water or Hershey's chocolates when you walk in and the people are nice. The massage chairs are my favorite part because they adjust to your height. The location is convenient for me, but I'm not happy with their pricing and the fact that the pedicure isn't to my liking. The foot massage could be better, the nail shaping could be cleaner, and they could paint the polish evenly around the toenail. Can't say I'll be a regular here. read more

I also got complimentary wine but they also offer other drinks and snacks ! Cute! A basic Gel X fill was $65 so that was pretty standard and my nails were filed to perfection (VERY skinny coffin); My teen got a full set w/ GelX and designs on every nail so $125 (eek!) later but the tech was fabulous and engaging! The ladies that work there do a great job and I really enjoy the collagen pedicure. Here are a few things I have noticed and would approve on... 1. Customer service - either there isn't anyone at the front desk to greet upon arrival, so I have no idea how long the wait will be, since I didn't have an appointment OR the person at the front desk has an attitude when I go to check in. 2. They are rather expensive and never really know what you're being charged for since price changes each week for the same selections and they don't give a receipt. 3. I call the other day and they wouldn't let me book more than a week out. I like to do that so I make sure I get the time slot I want. I don't understand how a nail salon can't schedule 2 weeks out, which is a typical time to schedule the next appointment. The decor is nice and place is clean, since it is new, but a few of the chairs already don't work that well. They need to stay on top of that for sure. They offer snacks and beverages which is generous upon arrival. read more

I called in to get a manicure and the service there was not great. I was the only one in there and I felt rushed the whole time. I literally sat for 60 seconds and ask if I made a choice in color. Another lady tried pushing colors on me to choose and said I need more time. I wanted to decide between 2 colors and the lady seemed so annoyed. When they were done it was more than a hour left before closing so it wasn't like I was holding them up to close. Do not go here if you're looking for a relaxing time. read more

I got builder gel on my nails and gel polish on my toes and when I was getting my nails done I was curious as to why she didn't clean my cuticles but I had never got builder gel before so I didn't want to question the lady doing my nails so I just waited. They finish and I go to the front to pay and I asked if they clean the cuticles when they do nails and she said you have to ask and I asked if that was an extra charge and she said yes $5 and that they only do it free for regular gel and people usually don't want their cuticles cleaned when getting builder gel which I thought was odd. She tells me the total which was 140$ and I asked how much the builder gel was (this was my first time at this nail salon and I saw no pricing so I was curious) she told me it's 60$ for builder gel and then for a French tip it's an extra 15$!! I understand an extra $5 maybe for design but $15 insane!!! I was like wow that's a lot.. I could seriously get acrylic nails for the same price!! And then I thought about it and realized that they charged me $65 for a REGULAR gel pedicure nothing special.. I get my nails done frequently and my toes have never cost more than $45 and have looked better.. and $75 for the nails is wayyyyy too much for the end result.. very unfortunate because the workers were nice. read more
