I was in search for Limo Service in the OKC area to get to and from the airport for our family vacation of 6 people.... I found Royal and was super nervous at first... However (Howard I think his name was New Orleans native) showed up on time (early) and got us taken to the airport safely and on time. My biggest need was car seats to make my wife more secure about it....and they actually had just what we needed installed for our round trip. That's what I call VIP service hands down! The owners were professional, accommodating, and The driver (Howard) I think his name was definitely was professional & courteous and created a fantastic experience. Honestly, I'm sad to leave a negative review for this company. On May 7th we were scheduled someone to drive from our wedding to our hotel downtown. After discussing with several folks they said we should leave a review to let others know our experience. We waited for our ride to arrive, but to no avail. I finally got ahold of the owner who said they could have someone out there in 50 mins (although the drive is over an hour from his location); as well as they were already 30 minutes late by that point. So we got to ride in my husbands sisters car.... Not exactly an elegant ending to the evening. I got to hold hands with a car seat and listen to my husband and new sister in law talk about the night instead of enjoying that time with my husband. This may be a one time thing, but the fact they didn't call to confirm with us was a red flag we should have noticed. I so wish I could go back in time & schedule with a different company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. One of my friends rented a but for around 30 people. We got on the bus, the bluetooth did not work, and had no party lights. We had to bring a speaker on the bus. Having a loud stereo was one of the main reasons we got a bus. My friend called and asked if we could get a little refund or a discount if we want to rent another bus. They were so rude and I will never give them business again. read more

I feel so sad writing this negative review but this needs to be known to people looking into using this company. I got married this June and the party bus we rented had NO air conditioning. It was so extremely hot we would've been better off walking. We were told by the bus driver it was broken before we got on. My mom has consistently tried calling the manager the past 2 weeks and she has yet to answer. Very unprofessional. Rather than answering the phone she sent a text saying they will not give a refund!! I do NOT recommend using this company. Trust the other reviews as well as this one when looking into using them for your event. read more

Very disappointed in Royal Limo Service! I would not recommend this company at all. Hired them for my daughter's wedding and the limo got to the location of the wedding to pick up the bridal party and the limo had no air conditioning blowing hot air! Called the company on Monday following the wedding and the owner was rude! She even hung up on me and told me I should have called the day of the wedding! So I was supposed to stop everything and call the company how ridiculous! We paid good money and got a broken limo with no air conditioner and poor service from the owner! Only giving one star because you don't have the option to select NO stars...One of the worst limos rentals we have EVER had!!! The limo showed up on time and the driver was very professional but, once we got inside, the air conditioner was NOT working! Blowing hot air the entire time. Also, there was NO drinking glasses at all! We were given plastic red cups to drink from. To boot, we have been trying to contact them about the experience and of course, they are NOT responding back! We will NEVER rent from them again and suggest that anyone who considers doing so, make sure that you get what you pay for before you pay them a cent!! Horrible experience period! Update...Oh so now that you are aware of the review and response to your horrible service, you decide to contact the person who actually rented from your company with a disrespectful attitude and remark! I've had two interactions with Royal Limos: once for my wedding day and, more recently, as part of a wedding party bus. One experience was terrible and the other one was kind of nice. Unfortunately, the terrible experience occurred during my wedding day. My wedding planner suggested I use Royal Limos because I was wanting a Porsche limo for our bridal party. I could have rented a regular limo, but there wasn't enough space to fit the entire bridal party into one of those (plus, a chance to rent a Porsche limo?? How cool is that??!). So yeah, I was properly excited to experience living like a fancy tween for like an hour. Unfortunately, what I got on my wedding day was a limo with the body of a Porsche...but the car parts of a '95 Sunfire. The entirety of the trip from our house to the church (and from the church to the reception), our limo rattled and made winding-up noises like there were rocks in the tailpipe. Not only was the noise embarrassing, the air conditioning didn't work and only blew hot air. Just imagine - 12 people in suits and dresses, stuck in an enclosed space mid-May, with no cold air. There was air blowing, sure, but it was air from outside the limo. We asked the driver to turn the air up and he let us know that it already was. Not only that, the sound system was acting funky and took a lot of finagling to get working. So, yeah...paid good money and ended up with a dressed up hooptie car. It was pretty embarrassing, especially with our bridal party hearing every rickety and shaky noise that the limo produced. My next experience with Royal Limos was in one of their party buses and, impressively enough, I really have nothing bad to say about it because it was spacious, comfortable, and had no car problems. There were no problems with the sound system or air conditioning either, so that ride was much better. We had the same driver both times and he was very professional and courteous. Overall, I can't recommend renting their limos...especially their Porsche limos. Royal Limos refunded me a portion of the entire bill, so I can't say that they're unreasonable people. If you're needing a party bus, definitely consider Royal Limos because they seem to get those right. read more

The driver arrived at our home right on time, I was impressed with the promptness. However, once the ride was underway we were certainly underwhelmed. We rented the limo for a kids birthday party. There was a serious issue with the climate control, the televisions didn't work, the sound system wasn't user friendly, the intercom didn't work, and you could see the wear and tear inside the vehicle. It certainly wasn't what we were expecting for the price. We had the air conditioner turned down as low as it would go and it was blowing HOT air. Once we were all sweating profusely, and after we tried adjusting it, turning it off, etc. we tried to intercom the driver to ask if there was something he could do. But the intercom didn't work. So we, rolled down the partition to ask him. He was driving, so understandably, there wasn't much he could do. He pulled off the highway about 30 minutes later and he had adjusted the air. It was blowing cooler but not cold air. The entire drive was very uncomfortable. While the sound system is GREAT, it wasn't very user friendly. On our return trip, we had the same issue with the air conditioner. The driver made several adjustments on his end, but it was never actually comfortable. Additionally, we had to ask the driver to turn the interior lights on because the touch screen wasn't responding. We arrived home right on time. Our driver was friendly enough, but it would have been nice if he had wished the birthday girl a happy birthday. I complained to management and we were offered 10% off our next over priced trip...which we wont be taking. It was explained to us that our driver wasn't properly trained (which is concerning). I do not recommend Royal Limos for your rental. I do however recommend that you look around at other limo services as their prices are comparable. Good luck! read more
