I've been using Royal Medical Supply for several years now for my CPAP supplies and have always found them very easy to work with with friendly staff that helped me with questions I had with mask fit, etc. They recently added this location in Oaks and appears to be their new main location. The Pottstown location still exists but evidently doesn't carry as many supplies anymore. The new location was nice. When you walk in, there is a lobby with a receptionist who will assist you. Since all I needed was refill supplies, she looked up my info and retrieved the supplies for me. Once I confirmed everything looked correct, she bagged up my items and sent me on my way. Great customer service over the years and no billing issues. No complaints from me! read more

I've never had a positive experience with this company. I've been auto renewed for the past few years to receive my CPAP equipment. Once every 3months, I need to call because they randomly will send me the wrong equipment or accidently send me partial supplies. I've been looking for another company to move to. They are literally worse than Comcast. I would rather spend an hour on the phone with a comcast tech than to call this company for anything. read more

I've been with this company for years. When I first worked with them they were amazing. I'd receive all my cpap supplies on time. In the last two years service has been terrible. I no longer receive my cpap supplies without calling them several times and talking with managers/directors. They no longer return my calls. read more

This company is the worst! They use different names, use robo calling from 8 am until after 9 pm to get you to agree to cpap supplies. The worst part is that its the only cpap dealer our medicare approves in our county. I tried to speak to a manager but was told they would take us off the phone list but that was all. I ordered a power supply cord on Monday, 1/9/17. The person who took my info never followed thru. When I called on Thursday, 1/12/17 to check on delivery, the young man told me there was no record of the order. He, Jeff H, hand delivered it on Thursday, 1/12/17. I rented a bed for my mother who came to town to visit. I called to have the bed picked up when she returned home. Three weeks later I was billed again for the bed. When I called in to dispute the charge, they told me I was still in possession of the bed because they had no paperwork that the bed was picked up. I told them that I have the paperwork in front of me left by the driver when he picked it up, and I was called a liar. When I asked if I could speak with a supervisor they told me no. They would do nothing to solve the issue, like check to verify my address, check to see if the paper work was misplaced, check to see if any driver had been sent to that address on the date I mentioned, nothing. They simply called me a liar (they used those words, I am not paraphrasing). So I called my bank to report a fraudulent charge and we shall see where it goes. This place is a sham company trying to take my money, and they just might try to do the same to you. I'd rather talk with Comcast overseas customer service than to have to ever deal with this company again. Very shady. Beware. read more

I have been using Royal Medical for several years for CPAP equipment and never had a problem until about a year ago. Now I've had auto call reminders for equipment when its' not time to replace them (and so the insurance will not pay for it), bills that I've paid that they are threatening to go into collections and just recently a fictitious new "ruling" that they say is required by my insurance company. The new ruling does not exist.. I just called my insurance company. I don't know what to do because I haven't read any positive reviews on any local medical supply store. It's sad that I can't trust them...but I don't think anyone should. read more

I called and order CPAP supplies early Oct telling them that my mask had broken so I needed a new one ASAP. They ordered the supplies and told me it would take a week to 10 days. 10 days go by... nothing. I call them and they tell me that my insurance company told them I have to pay my share first, so I say, my insurance company told you that huh! then they say, well no i guess not, but it is our policy to get the person to pay if they owe more than 100.00 out of pocket. So I asked them why they did not tell me that over the phone since I told the person I talked to that my mask was broke. They said they have been trying to call me. Well, I have voicemail on my home phone and cell phone and I did not see any calls from Royal Medical nor did I get an messages from them. So, I pay for the supplies and I tell this person again, my mask is broke I need it ASAP. She says she will see what she can do but expect it in a week to 10 days. ANOTHER 10 days go by and still nothing! Call back AGAIN and this person tells me that they are on back order! Asked her to find out what is on back order because I need my mask and if they can shi[ that first I would appreciate it. She says she will call me back. I wait until around 4:00 for a call back and get nothing so I call again and talk to someone else and explain what was going on. She said she would call me back after she looks into it. Well, she did call me back and told me the mask is what is on back order so I asked her why no one ever called to tell me any of this and could she cancel the order i will go somewhere else. She said they cannot cancel the order I have to wait for it to come in then send it back. So, at this point I cannot go anywhere else because my insurance company would have gotten a bill from them so I would have to pay out of pocket so I asked to talk to the manager. I told her I mean nothing to her but I need the CPAP at night so I do not die in my sleep and she don't know me but I would like to live! After waiting for what seemed to be 5 min the phone picks up then hangs up. So, did the manager mean to do that??? Not sure but if they did not, you would think that the manager would have called right back and apologized and asked what my issues were. No call back, nothing. I ended up getting my supplies just the other day! So a month I waited for a mask I told 4 people I needed ASAP! Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere for now on and you should too! read more

My CPAP machine died about 3 weeks ago on Sunday. On Monday I had my Doctor fax a prescription for a new machine to Royal. I called Royal and they said they get a lot of faxes and they would get back to me. I called two days later saying I don't have a machine and this is big deal, I need one ASAP. They gave my case to a Supervisor. It may as well have been flushed down the toilet. When I talked to them again it was "We get like 50 orders a day". Silly me thinks get off your "---" and hire someone. They appear to be grossly understaffed and treat people like their selling furniture and not a medical device required for your health. Today I walked into Professional Pharmacy in Pottstown at 1:00 PM. I gave them my prescription for a CPAP machine. Was asked to come back at 6:00 PM. I did, and I left with the exact CPAP machine and equipment I wanted. They accomplished in 5 hours what Royal couldn't in 3 weeks. If zero stars were an option I would have given them that. read more
