I just purchased a disability minivan from Mobility Works in Norristown, PA…read more My salesman, or should I say my HERO, was John Frank. I had a very limited budget, a Long list if needs, and was running out of time. I KNEW I was looking for that "Needle in a Haystack". Well, John found it for me! I had been searching for quite a while. I constantly on the internet and was in contact with so many people looking for a van. The BEST thing I ever did was when I finally contacted Mobility Works! The staff was always kind and helpful when i would call. If John was out and i left a message, he ALWAYS returned my call. John DILIGENTLY searched for and found vehicles for me to consider. (I kept turning them down because I felt that, while nice and a good value, they were just not quite right for my needs.) He never gave up and encouraged me not to lose hope. Long story short, John found that perfect vehicle that fit my needs and my budget! It is everything I needed and wanted and then some!! He even delivered the vehicle to my home! I cannot begin to express how GRATEFUL I will ALWAYS be to John & Mobility Works of Norristown, PA. If you need a Vehicle, trust me, John Frank is your man!

I needed information concerning wheelchair vans because my 87-year-old disabled mother suffered an…read moreankle fracture that has rendered her unable to crawl into and out of her car. General Manager Tim Liebig spent around ninety minutes with me providing an immense amount of very helpful information I could present to my sisters and my mom. He even went so far as to test drive Mom's car and do some research concerning its potential value as a trade-in. A wheelchair van is a significant financial investment, and Mom is not ready to take the plunge yet; but I thought I should let consumers know what a positive experience I had at MobilityWorks in Norristown.

I travel over an hour to their store and after past experiences with other mobility stores, I will never look elsewhere. These guys are great. Thank you, Pat Henry

I have been testing and looking for a lift recliner for my father for some time and needed to test…read morethem out somewhere and order one. Since My Mobility Pros was local - I had to make an appointment during a very small window of time because that's when the one person who knows about the chairs best is there. Great. Their "showroom" which was up a bunch of steps to the building that also had a ramp that was old rickety wood and no less than 80 feet long. Good thing I didn't bring my father with me because he would not have been able to get in the building let alone down the very long hallway to the showroom. When I arrived for my appointment with the person with the expertise I sought, they were not there. The admin who had made the appointment - couldn't retain that I was interested in chairs - even after mentioning it a few times. She was bewildered by any questions about the chairs (that she sits in front of all day). She said she would have the expert call me. Never did but they did send options. Ultimately I went with purchasing it online because I was able to get the best help there. The vendors, out of Wilmington, who delivered and installed were great. However - there was one last piece - a footrest extension - that still needs to be installed. My mobility pros was called for this last bit - I don't know why. I've been waiting for over a week for them to call and schedule. I have since asked the online vendor Spinlife to retract the contract from My Mobility Pros and ask the previous technician to return to my parents' house for the third time to finish this job.
