We got the "Ceramic Coat" upgrade, and we have been coming here for years. My truck came through the tube, the sat for a bit before they started on it. So, the guy was spraying my truck with something, I asked what he was doing, to which he said water. Ok, it had started to dry before he was able to wipe it down, so that made sense. He wiped the car down, did windows, and then started dressing the trim. I said where is the ceramic coat. You need to do that before the trim. I talked with the supervisor, and then the manager because the guy said he had already done the ceramic. Come to find out that, managers own words, " it's not really a ceramic coat as it is sprayed in the tube right before blower. You don't put a ceramic coat on a wet car, google it and it will say not to do this. Fine, then he said that the "water" the guy sprayed on before the wipe down was the wax. My truck still had places where the guy had to work on it to get it clean. Again, you apply wax to a clean car; otherwise you are just sealing the dirt under the wax. Up to today, I would have recommended this place. BUT NOT ANY MORE. You get as good of a clean at the Shell station wash. Just wiped down. Buyer Beware of this place.

I assume the person that should have dried it did not want to service it because vehicle's type was not deemed worthy of a POSSIBLE large tip. Then Carlos, who recognized me from Wednesday, approached me and inquired if someone was drying my car. When I replied NO, he promptly took charge and assured me he would attend to it. CARLOS EARNS 5 STARS, however, if Carlos had not recognized me, my car may not have received good drying service. It will be challenging for Mr. Charles to maintain his desired level of customer service if the staff is unable to work diligently in his absence. I waited in the waiting room for a full hour, even though there were only two customers ahead of me. There was only one person working on my car, which seemed to be a big reason for the long wait. After waiting an entire hour and paying $32, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, my car was still not properly cleaned. I found trash and empty water bottles inside, the mats weren't cleaned at all, and there were water streaks all over the exterior. I also noticed dust and stains throughout the trunk that had clearly been missed. They didn't even put an air freshener in the car. I used to go to another place before it closed, where two people would work on my car and I would be out in about 15 minutes. The difference in service and efficiency was huge. For $32 and a full hour of waiting, I expected more than what felt like a basic vacuum and a dry-off after the drive-through car wash. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back.

I didn't know hard tap water can cause mineral deposits on cars that will actually eat into the clear coat over time and eventually be impossible to get out. Not many people realize how simple sprinklers can destroy their car's paintjob, thanks to our extremely hard, mineral infested tap water here in OC. I called GC Auto Detailing late Friday afternoon and explained the situation to George. He was already finished for the day, but had me come by his house to examine my car. Him and his assistant had never seen such a water spot disaster. His assistant asked me stunned "did you spray this with a garden hose or something?" And I was like "yeah, you're not supposed to do that?" George explained the urgency of the situation and was unexpectedly accommodating to my schedule, letting me come to his house again at 7am the next day (Saturday) to give my car a thorough wash and try to get the water spots out. Luckily they were able to get the water spots out of everywhere except one side trim piece, avoiding a disaster. George even polished all the surface scratches we could find out of my car, and gave me some good car washing tips. Him and his assistant taught me how to properly dry my car by spreading and dragging a microfiber towel in a straight line with no pressure on the paint, how to hand wash the roof of an SUV by standing on the rear tire, what types of water to use to minimize the risk of water spots, and washing/drying techniques to avoid water spots (avoid washing in the sun, washing/drying in sections, etc). My car came out looking stunning with 98-99% of the water spots gone, so my paint job was saved. I'd highly recommend George as he's an expert and really knows what he's doing.

The touchless system did an OK job in removing surface dirt and grime but didn't do well with hardened bird poop. HAHA. So i aksed to get another wash and they OK it. Second it was better but there was still residue but I ended up just using some hot water at home to remove the residual. Overall good touchless car wash. Will be back again.
