Plus if you have a really expensive car you would not want it getting messed up by a machine and this is the solution to that issue. If you have specialty paint, or your vehicle is unusual in some way, this is also a good option. I've seen all sorts of different cars here from huge trucks to lowered vehicles. They offer the full range of standard car wash services from basic car washes, to detailing and waxing, to headlight restoration. When it came out from the dryer, one of the tires was completely flat. After inspecting the tire, I found a slash on the sidewall. According to the vehicle's logs, the tire went flat about 1 second after being placed in neutral (to roll through the wash tunnel). The tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced. I notified the cashier immediately but she was less than helpful. She handed me the manager's business card and told me I could fill the tire at the station's air compressor. My tire was completely ruined and my car was not drivable and I needed to be towed. No employees seemed to even care! This place is trash! Come here at your own risk. Since the incident, the manager, Ruben, is not taking any responsibility and now I'm out over $500.00. I've been a customer of this place for 5 years. It's sad to see how they treat (or, in this case, ignore) their regular customers.

This afternoon, I decided to bring my oldest vehicle, a car that we use for trips to HomeDepot (a commuter car) a 2016 Ford { this car worth under $15k} After the car exited the belt, an employee parked it, but no one proceeded to dry it. I assume the person that should have dried it did not want to service it because vehicle's type was not deemed worthy of a POSSIBLE large tip. Then Carlos, who recognized me from Wednesday, approached me and inquired if someone was drying my car. When I replied NO, he promptly took charge and assured me he would attend to it. CARLOS EARNS 5 STARS, however, if Carlos had not recognized me, my car may not have received good drying service. It will be challenging for Mr. Charles to maintain his desired level of customer service if the staff is unable to work diligently in his absence. The process was quick and easy, making it perfect for a fast clean while filling up on gas. The touchless system did an OK job in removing surface dirt and grime but didn't do well with hardened bird poop. HAHA. So i aksed to get another wash and they OK it. Second it was better but there was still residue but I ended up just using some hot water at home to remove the residual. Overall good touchless car wash. Will be back again.
