When I arrived I was told the car I was interested in was in the warehouse. I waited approximately 45 mins for someone to bring a dirty car for me to look at and test drive. The car appeared to be OK and the test drive was OK. So I decided to purchase the car (2013 Ford Focus). I did not leave the lot with the 2013 Ford Focus. I was promised the car would be delivered to me. (So far, I am getting a good vibe from the Guillermo). On the day the car was to be delivered I received a call from Guillermo informing me that the person delivering the car needed to go back to the lot she was having problems. A couple of days later I was called and told by Guillermo the car should be delivered to me and that I need to have it inspected in my state. Guillermo also informed me if the 2013 Ford Focus did not pass inspection in my state he would make the necessary repairs to the car. (I'm still getting good vibes). I took the car to inspection and it failed. I called Guillermo to inform him of the failed inspection, texted him a copy of it and a short list of minor things inside the car that needed to be addressed. He then agreed to what was on the list as well as the failed inspection list. I was called to come and pick the car up everything was repaired and ready to go. Now here is where the NIGHTMARE begins. When I went to pickup the 2013 Ford Focus I had to wait for at least 3 hours due to when I got there the car was not even ready. Eagle Automotive did not even start the repairs until I got there. I was sitting and waiting for hours. Eagle Automotive repairman rushed through the repairs and now nasty and rude attitudes start to emerge. I was told by Guillermo that he was doing me a favor and some of the other people in the office (2) to be exact starting being rude and disrespectful as well. Guillermo claimed the repairs were complete and I left. Long story short I purchased, the car in December 2023 I drove the 2013 Ford Focus for (3) months Jan., Feb., and March. I called Guillermo and explained the problem. Here I am today to let everyone know this is not a good dealership to buy a car from. Eagle Automotive Guillermo sold me a car that he new had a faulty transmission. I drove the car for only three months and basically had to trash the entire car to the junk yard. Please do your research before dealing with Eagle Automotive. They ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM EAGLE AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!!!

I deleted that review after speaking with Metalgne thinking he would be honest with me and communicate better regarding my car. Well, I was lied to again, so I'm writing another review. My car is still at their shop and its now been 3 months. I was told that my car has been completed painted and mechanical work done. When I arrived I can clearly see that the paint is off, the front of my car doesnt match the rest of the car. I addressed this with Metalgne and his response was that common sense would tell me that the car wouldn't look the same and I'll need to let the sun hit my car for 2 to 3 months before it adjust. I informed him that didnt make sense and he stated that I can ask anybody and they'll tell me the same. So i did, I contacted Mercedes Benz dealership in Annapolis and spoke with the body shop. They informed me that isnt true and that the hood and grill should've been painted while attached to my car and grounded until blended. This makes more sense! Instead of Metalgne telling me the truth that those parts were painted separately (this also was confirmed by the painter himself) reason why the color is off. He tries to insult my intelligence and tells me to use common sense on why its supposed to look like it does. I feel he's lying to me because I'm a female and he thinks I don't know any better when it comes to cars. Or he's just not that good of a Mercedes Benz Specialist. Either way this shop definitely deserves a one star! Please check out photos attached. After painting my car a different shade, they told me to come pick it up with damage to my car by them. No one said nothing, I guess they thought I wouldn't see that either- along with the paint job.

To only find out it was sold. Yep, I was a bit heated because I had my credit ran. Read that over again, I actually came into the dealer without a check this time. They searched for another car located in PA. They told me they would follow up in the morning, since it's possible it may have been sold as well. I went home a little salty. I felt like again a game had been played to get me in the door and collect my info. However, 2 wks later Mike called and promised he had a car available. I came in the door brought my attitude with me as I still felt played. Yet, Mike was still calm. He knew I wasn't playing and assured me in every way he could that the car was fully available and ready to go out the door with my name on it. We did. I appreciate Mikes follow up and consistency in the "made up crazy" car market. They did of course offer other packages as all dealers do for security system, ding, and maintenance. The young lady was patient still explained and answered questions. She even went over it again when my family returned to the table just to be sure. The finance guy was cool and answered questions we had. He worked his sales game too. The manager was great, understood the reasoning behind my challenges and met me where he could. I left with a smile, tude thrown out the window. Got the car, they made a sale. I will return here again. Check out my other car experience a few months ago. This was 1001 times better then the first. I appreciate the patience and explanation for every question I had to work through whatever may have been a challenge in understanding. Thank you. This notes I don't only post bad reviews Mike thank you, I was about to call your parents if that car was not available. Somebody was going to get headlocked! This review is strictly pertaining to sales.

I purchased a used 2023 Tesla Model 3 in May 2025. The salesman was great (I found out he left soon…read morethereafter) but the back-office kept me cooling my heels for almost two hours as they processed the sale. I was unaware at the time that they were required by law to submit a time-of-sale report to the IRS Energy Credits Online system, and give me a copy of the accepted report to file with my tax return to get the $4000 rebate. When the IRS rejected my claim due (they had no record of the sale), I immediately reached out to the dealership - and that's when the run-around began. I have received assurance after assurance that they are "looking into it," but they are just stalling. I'm convinced at this point that they signed the rebate over to themselves. I have the email thread with the endless promises to look into it. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

I didn't end up using them as I found a nice deal from an inquiry I'd made before contacting them. And to their credit, the recommended I take that deal. I'll definitely use them from the get-go next time I'm looking for a good deal on a car lease.
