This location keep pushing for you to do a the nail x method which falls super fast. I initially walked in for get my nails done and they push saying is the method that they recommend. I agreed and while the lady begin to polish my nail I said can I have I acrylic instead and they start to talk in a language that was not English and moved me to a different chair and told me would take an hour and half to do my nails. Please do not waste your time at this place. The nail quality of gel x is not well done. Do not fall for the same trap I did. I will never be coming back here again. read more

On September 14, 2024. Manager Emily (also my lash tech for that today) was extremely rude and argumentative with me when l asked for a lash fix. I tried to explain where I believe the communication breakdown went and EMILY is interrupting me stating "I have 8 people today and nobody had a problem"," You need to get the lashes wet to get the look you want, you'll see", and "Why are you crying, they're very pretty". By the last comment, we were going back and forth with me trying to explain and show pictures of past looks of what I wanted, which was a wispy lash. Emily refused to properly listen to my concern and sent people to talk to me. I felt very ganged up on and no one was listening to what I would like. By the end of it, I was told it'll be $50 for a full set Or remove it. I didn't come in with a full set and I prefer a wipsy set. Emily's attitude was very nasty and negative once it comes to criticizing her work. For my first time working with her, I AM DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED with the attitude. Went in for a pedicure and manicure service with regular polish. The quality of the nails were absolutely poor, the woman (Amy) who was assigned to me was in a rush the minute I sat down and very obviously had no intention of providing the proper service and quality that was paid for. When asked about the service I showed the manager the nails (which at this point was already peeling off before I could walk out the door) and the manager (Tommy) acted as if there was no issue. The only remedy provided was for her to completely start over, this being after sitting in the chair for 2+ hours. I explained I did not want to sit down again just to have her rush and do a poor job for the second time. 3+ layers of polish (none of which were completely dry) completely uneven layers to the point it had to be redone because the polish was running off and pooling together (as it was still very wet- she did not let any of the polish dry at ALL). After paying and walking to my car, the polish on my nails were already mushed and chipping off, when I walked back in to bring it to the managers attention he still did not see an issue, did not offer a remedy or even a simple apology. I had them remove all of the polish (still paid for the services even though it was not deserved) and all the manager had to state was that she was there "best" which is clearly a lie. If you're in the mood to be rushed and leave with wet nails this is absolutely the place...if not, I would look somewhere else ! read more

Horrible service. I had Amanda and she was really rough with my nails to the point it felt like my natural nail was going to pop off. Cut me and had horrible communication skills. Would push my hand out the way when trying to find something. Filled my hands with alcohol before paying and left a hair in my nail before putting top coat. Nails are decent but she was definitely messy, I walked out with polish and acrylic all over my hands. She constantly would stop doing my nails to text or call people and was being extremely loud when talking to the person she'd be on the phone with. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Hello I have been going here for over a year and have been a loyal customer to Katie . Today , I came in for a new set and my nails were long and they were all mine . She started cutting down all my nails and didn't ask me if I wanted to keep my own nails . I was very annoyed and I said to her that I wanted to keep my nails and just do a lay over . Her response was oh it's better like this . Secondly , I showed her a design to do and she took a picture of it and did the design . However, when I went to check out she charged me 60 dollars for a 3d design which I never paid that much since I have been going there plus an extra 10 dollars for another design charge. That was a total of 70 dollars for designs. I am very disappointed because I was her customer and she never stated to me that the design was going to be that much . When I left there my bill was 178 dollars . read more

I have tried this salon at least four times and have had a problem on three of those visits. First, some of the techs do not speak enough English to communicate. I selected a cats eye color and, from the beginning, told the tech that he was using the WRONG color. Had to start over again completely from scratch because he kept insisting that I was wrong. Next time, my gel manicure was rushed so that the tech could leave to walk her dogs. Finally, last week, my tech had to stop in the middle of my gel manicure to go do a pedicure because someone didn't show up for work. My service was "completed" by a woman who was handling two clients at the same time. Every gel manicure has chipped within one week because they rush me. I went in today (8/8/2024) to get my nails done and a pedicure. It was the second time that I went there. I seen Lilly and the service was horrible. I told her more than once that she was burning me and then she cut my finger. i wanted to wash my hands because it was bleeding and she said no and put powder on it. I notice that the nails that she put on did not cover my natural nails so I told her and she said that she will file it. You could not file it. When I had to wash my hands when she was done she told me to use the brush. I walked over and there was no brush. I told Lilly and she gave me a brush with black mold on it. I can't believe this place doesn't have 4-5 stars!!! Check out their Instagram for amazing nail art. I've been going here regularly for over a year and the manicures are always outstanding. I have gotten every kind, regular polish, gel, powder, acrylic, tips/no tips, and all looked great & lasted a long time. They actually helped me grow out my natural nails longer than I've ever had them! The pedicures are average but they do have luxury chairs that use airbags to massage you. If you just want a standard mani pedi you can go almost anywhere but if you're looking for something unique or next level this is the place to go! read more

Amazing customer service as usual. The woman at the front desk is always pleasant, no matter who it is. I've never felt mistreated coming here. As the owner (I believe) Emily did my nails; several other techs came over to look at her work which is always a lovely thing to see. I will say she did an amazing job as she should. She just does not seem like she wants to work on doing nails. It felt rushed. I've been coming to this spot for over five years and always come back. It's very clean and always such polite service. I've also recommended many to this nail shop. I've also brought family and friends to this nail shop. Went to this nail salon today and she made my nails so stubby and not the length i asked for. It wasn't the shape i asked for either and i was overall very unhappy with the service. I kept asking the technician, Cindy, to fix my nail and the shape and she kept telling me "that's how my nail is shaped" and that she can't fix it even though i've always gotten them done the way i wanted. I left very unhappy with my nails. I called them an hour later and they denied me a refund and the receptionist would not let me speak to someone about my refund so she wasn't cooperating with me as well. my nail broke in one week where emily did the design and when you ask go come yhat day they tell yo no and you make your appointment to fix it they only to call you that day to change the appointment time to a different time! then then call u 30 mins before your appointment and say oh emily is very busy but dont worry anyone can fix your nail! when i showed up there were 3 customers there!! oh and because now its 9 days they try and charge you! but wouldn't see you when you initially called on sunday !! they had me sitting and now all of a sudden nobody was able to do my nail bc it was too hard for the girl! they made me move bc now all of a sudden the girl who was going to fix it had an appointment lol! did she sanitize the area or clean it after i got up ? nope!! i'm calling the health department! i asked to speak to manager and now im not allowed to speak to the manager ! the girl gabby who called me 3 times today has the worst customer service! im disgusted by the way you treat customers who have been loyal for a long time! i already called my cc company as well!!! read more
