I got the hard gel. She did a horrible job laying the gel so they lifted within 3 days. They were also duck bill shaped when I asked her to do square. I even pointed out they needed shaped more and she still couldn't get it right. read more

I have been going there since day one and have never had a problem. Everyone is always so friendly and the place is very clean.

I have been to this salon three times for a gel fill in. The last time I went in to see Tyler, he CUT ME THREE TIMES! Then when I went to pay, I pulled out $60 and he said he didn't have change (ensuring that he would get a bigger tip than I wanted to give). I will never go back to this tech since he can't be trusted. He was clearly only paying attention while I was at the register but not while using an electric file. read more

I have gone to this place a couple times since somebody told me they realize a very good job. The staff is so kind to the customers but the strategies they use are not as good as they should be. I usually like to bring a picture for reference whenever I'm going to get my nails done and they just can't do it as I want. The only time I went and I was enchanted with the results that I got was when one of the girls was my server, but the rest of the time they don't know what they're doing. Last time I went was today and the guy that was my server just gave me the worst experience I've had there. He was working in a way that he wanted to be done so bad and didn't even asked if I liked them so far. Also, I asked him for a full new set and he just decided to get me a fill-in. Stay far away from this place. Not only do they charge for every little thing but they also are so unsanitary. I have been here a couple times and I usually get my nails done by girls, however I went in and this guy did my nails. They broke a week after getting them done and when I was taking them off I realized that half the acrylic was in my nail folds. It was incredibly painful. Also the nail files they use are not disposed of after every client. The single use items aren't single use, they use them on multiple people and that's a health code violation!! read more

The experience was great! I live in an area where nail salons aren't open Sundays and I go on vacation this week and needed a quick set and pedicure (and one for my bf) started to look at salons in surrounding areas and this one caught my eye! Some reviews weren't too promising. But I gave it a go. Called in to see if they took walk ins (they do) ended up making an appointment for 2 PM. Got there half hour early and they immediately took my bf and I. Pedicures were fantastic, great hospitality and conversation. And then when finished with my pedi I immediately was able to get my full set. The place was clean and very modern and updated. They even we're installing beautiful new nail lights at the stations. All the nail salons in Hagerstown have pretty bad reviews so I went out on a limb and tried this newer one that doesn't have many reviews. Huge mistake. I got ombrè acrylics done for a wedding and they look absolutely awful. Not only do they not look like my reference photo, but they actually look bad. It was done by Sonny. They're uneven, color is wrong, and he did NOTHING to my cuticles even when I asked him to. I work with my hands a lot so my cuticles are super dry. The salon itself was clean but that was the only good thing. The guy who did my nails was FACETIMING while doing my nails, for about 20 minutes. He didn't ask what color dip I wanted. And he left my nails and hands looking like crap. They looked drier when I left than when I got there. I told the girl at the front I wasn't happy and she just told me my total and that was that. I have been a regular client at this salon going every other week for over a year. Today my 18 year old daughter and 10 year old granddaughter went for mani/pedis. My daughter made it very clear to them that they only wanted regular nail polish, no gel or dip. When they went to pay, they were told the bill was $190!! They paid the bill and left. I went back to the salon to clarify the charges because it sounded entirely too high. I was told that they did gel on both even thought they said they didn't want it!! I feel like they really took advantage of two young girls!! Make sure you get a price quote before they start! The decor in the salon was beautiful, very royal, probably the most attractive and clean salon I have ever been to. That, however, is as far as my positive review goes. As a first time client, I was immediately directed to a wall of polish choices which appeared to me to be all dip powders. When I asked if they used regular gel polish (because I didn't see any), the employee looked at me like I had two heads and said something like "oh yes, yes, there, there" and pointed again at the wall. My continued confusion must have been evident; she eventually indicated that my choices were in the books on the shelf, adjacent to the wall where I had been looking. Her tone felt quite disrespectful and unprofessional, not what I would expect as a first time client. I was hoping for better treatment during the pedicure, but I was disappointed. The technician cut me twice and drew blood while trimming my cuticles (with no apology, I might add). I flinched with discomfort at least five additional times during the process because of her rough handling. She jammed her own fingernail into the flesh of every toe as she applied polish. I still have discomfort in both feet 36 hours after leaving the salon. Without a doubt the worst pedicure I have ever had. I will not be returning. read more

They do so well, they take their time and make sure you are relaxed the entire appt. they also make sure that the color and shape is comp correct, and they are n out to talkative or silent. overall they totally deserve the 5 stars and more. I feel really bad posting this because they are brand new and I wanted to love this place. I have gone probably about 5 times now since they've opened for acrylic fills, pedicures, gel manicures, etc. I kept trying to give them more chances. But every time I go, no one there is very friendly. The place is not ventilated well at all- the smell is SO STRONG and after about 10 min I have a raging headache. I'm not picky at all about my nails. I don't ever get anything fancy. And I'm always a little disappointed when I leave. I wouldn't recommend this place, unfortunately. read more

This salon just opened up about 5 months ago! I've lived in PA since September only 20 mins from this salon. First time trying them out and I've got to say they were amazing! After 6 different salons in the surrounding area I believe I have found my new nail place! The salon was nice and clean, very spacious and the salon decor is very welcoming! I've got to say, you do feel royal! I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure (chose the special royal pedicure which came with hot stones)! My technician was Mai! Took her time very sweet! She did my nail designs! Super cute for spring! Just overall great experience! Everyone was super nice! And after every use of a machine someone was constantly wiping down and disinfecting! Oh and you don't have to stand at a wall awkwardly to choose a color like other salons. Here they give you books you can sit down and look through. I highly recommend!
