Immediately was asked where my mask was but because I didn't know, I didn't bring it thiShe then charged me for one bc I had to wear it stating that it's state mandated although it's actually just recommended. Now I'm sitting here for my 3pm appointment that hasn't begun. They need to get it together as it's 3:20. This is likely my last time here although I love the way the techs do the nails, their customer service and communication sucks. Oh! And their prices went up and services went down. @Martin - it's not cold. Communication is key - when we're required to schedule an appointment and not come in, SIMPLY COMMUNICATE that masks are required and that appointments may run over. This is the first time I have ever wrote a bad review. I came here with my mom for the first time last week. I had a lady do my nails and they turned out all bumpy and lumpy. The dip is hanging off the sides of my nails. One nail already cracked. She got frustrated with how it looked and she started to buff them again towards the end. When she did it, it was very aggressive and she sliced my pinky. I got the upgraded pedicure and they still tried to upsell me. Asked me twice. Told them I wanted paint on my toes. They started doing gel on my toes and my mom had to tell me to look down. I told the guy I said paint and he said he thought I nodded yes to gel. Then I have them cash to pay. I've been coming here every three weeks for 2 years and on my last visit, I was shocked to find out that out of nowhere, my nail tech no longer works there (not by her own decision), the color I usually get has been thrown away, and the prices went up. It's a shame, this place used to be high quality and a great value. The new front desk girl didn't even glance up from her phone when I walked in and there were a bunch of young men (employees or family members? They definitely weren't getting pedicures) with their feet kicked up, playing on their phones in the pedicure chairs. And for the first time ever, I wasn't offered a drink - unsure if this perk was discontinued or if the staff was just too engrossed in their phones. This is under new ownership and despite the new decor, it is not better. I knew it was a bad idea when I walked in and there were no customers and only 3 workers. I've been going here for years and they were always packed. Nancy is the worst person ever for doing a new set. She barely taps the excess powder off and then started talking about me, in front of me. I told her I was fine if she wanted to bring a manager over. He immediately saw how bad and lumpy my nails were and told her what to do to fix it. She continued- not changing anything she was doing. He eventually came over and finished BUT, these aren't glued on well amd can already feel pain when I barely press on the tip. Pedicure was done by Andy and just like previous reviews... All the techs in this shop are extremely nice and friendly, but I have to give my honest opinion. This shop has not yet mastered the art of Nexgen nails. I am new to the area and went to this shop because it was close by. I've been 3 times and each time my nails have looked awful. First time the shape was big and bulky and the tech told me it was bulky because it was nexgen.....what? I've been getting nexgen for 3 years and I've never had my nails look like that before. The second time, the tech messed up the shape. I asked for coffin and she gave me Stiletto shape instead. My final straw when the tech was too rough with the drill and cut my cuticles several times. It hurt. If you are use to getting flawless nexgen nails then this shop is not for you. This shop needs more training. read more

My sister Mom and I came as a fun relaxing girls day. I can barely begin to say how bad an experience we had here. There is no menu up that tells you what the services are or how much you are paying. My nail tech was extremely rough, he held my hands and feet too tight and and in awkward and painful positions. He cut me with the e-file on 3 fingers and my dip nails are not smooth. My sister waited in the pedicure chair without soaking her feet for 45 minutes for someone to give her, her pedicure and once she finally did get a nail tech she refused to even look at my sister or speak to her. She also kept acting like she was falling asleep while she was painting her nails. My (elderly) Mom got a manicure while sitting in a pedicure chair but when her manicure was over, her nail tech left and never came back. Finally someone came over and asked how she was doing and she asked if anyone was going to do her pedicure. Another nail tech came over to do her pedicure and got angry at her for not being able to hold her feet high enough (reminder she is elderly) and that her nerve damage that caused her feet to twitch was messing him up even after she explained that she can't control it. Also instead of applying the step 5 lotion to her legs he just handed her the package for her to do it herself. Finally he refused to let her have the foam flip flops that other customers got so my sister had to run across the street to Kroger to get her a pair. I was so frustrated by the end of our time there I never asked for the eye brow wax I wanted. All of the nail techs looked like their clothes came out of the garbage.
