This lovely home has everything we could have asked for in a perfect vacation destination. The heated pool (with basketball hoop and volleyball net) was a highlight for my children. The arcade room and great seating options were perfect options for evening activities. My husband loved the awesome grill, the huge outdoor TV, spacious lanai, and the view. He needed wheelchair accessibility and with a few easy to move ramps, he was able to get to all he needed in the house. We very much appreciate the hosts' flexibility to meet our needs with so much thoughtfulness! I loved the kayaking, the fully equipped kitchen where we could easily prepare and serve all the meals we wanted, and the outdoor lighting and fire table for our evening swims that gave it a lovely atmosphere. The furniture (couches, awesome power recliner, comfortable beds, wonderful bedding) was perfectly laid out and set up. The house was incredibly clean and stocked for all needs. The hosts were super available and answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. We loved the location! It is not a noisy area but rather set in a nice neighborhood. It is a quick drive and scenic bike ride to Fisherman's Village, right down the street for grocery pick up options, and has great seafood options nearby. If I could give this property a 10 star... I definitely would!! This home is a slice of paradise! This 3 bed 3 bath house with the pool and canal view was simply amazing... not only for us adults.. but our small grandchildren too!!! the amenities were numerous... golf clubs for the family... kayaks... fishing pools... bikes...pool and toys... the amazing lanai and outdoor kitchen... waking up and having breakfast on the lanai was just the perfect way to start the day... Did I mention the beds... we occupied all 3 bedrooms with our clan!! Everyone slept perfectly and even our kids ordered their pillows that they use at this home!!! You can't go wrong here... the hosts Tim and Lisa made sure that everything was perfect for their guests and made themselves readily available if we had any questions... did I mention the game room ... or the convenience to everything... again... We stayed in this gorgeous very accommodating home in December, 2023. We loved it! It has everything you could need: heated pool, lanai with comfortable outdoor seating by the TV and pool; bikes, kayaks, camp chairs, fishing poles. It has everything needed for the beach such as beach chairs, towels, coolers, ice packs, beach wagon, and a shop vac to sweep out your vehicles! Loved the big kitchen that included these extra items: great fry pans, 9x13" dish for baking, griddle, crockpot, waffle maker, and a coffee bar. We enjoyed the game room with pool and the pac-man arcade. We rented a pontoon from Boat Renter Seekers that will also deliver the boat to the house pier. Loved kayaking in the canals from the house and of course the beautiful view. The host, Tim and Lisa, were awesome! We enjoyed our time and have booked already to return in 2024. read more

The stay exceeded our expectations. Not only was the house beautiful, but it had all the amenities of home. You can tell every detail was thought out, from the chargers in every room to the surge protectors and extension cords. Royal Palms also provided us with bikes, kayaks, and coolers. WOW! Such an amazing place! Very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are comfy. Kitchen has all the things including kuerig. The pool and dolphin fountain make for relaxing days and the pool cage lights up at night. We truly enjoyed watching the fish at the doc lights at night so much that we fished the next day and guess what, they have all the gear for fishing and kayaking and golfing and biking and boating. We rented a boat and it was delivered right to the doc. Lisa and Tim are AWESOME Hosts, very responsive and provide everything you need for an unforgetable vacation. We will be back. read more

This is an absolutely beautiful Airbnb! From a gorgeous in ground pool, to bikes, kayaks, and golf clubs available for guest use., this place has everything! Located right in the canal, perfect for fishing, kayaks, boating! The outdoor lanai with the fire table was a beautiful spot to sit in the evenings! The game room with ping pong, pool, air hockey, darts, and multi-cade video game system makes even a bad weather day fun! My daughters and I kept our Florida summer vacation tradition and enjoyed every minute here. This place is LEGIT ! The pics don't do justice for how beautiful everything was starting with the incredible pool and water view out the entire back of the house ! We weren't sure about staying on the lanai during the day but the 2 giant high speed ceiling fans kept us nice and cool in between our pool visits . We really enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen which was under the roof in the lanai so it was out of the sun and enjoyable . Fun to float in the pool and keep cool while watching TV at night under the different color mood lighting. We will be back next year. read more

This place was great, very clean, furniture is all new or like new. Amazing veiw of the water. Amenities were all great. Good bikes (Trek) , Golf clubs, even a bag for left-hand users, Kyaks are really nice with seats, and one is a two seater. Had fun in the heated pool watching the TV and listening to music from the lanai area. They even had the small stuff like phone chargers on the night stands, and living room end tables. Already booked again. It was an easy bike ride to downtown Harbor Walk. Stores are close by too. read more

super clean and nice. comes with a lot of amenities which is always a bonus. pool is very nice and heated. beds are comfortable. tons of stuff like kayaks, bikes, arcade game, pool table, dart board, and more. i have issues with certain noises and waterfalls is one of them. "flipper" the dolphin does not have a on and off switch but is set on a timer. only recommendation would be to set a switch for flipper to be able to turn off per guests preferences. read more

We throughly enjoyed our vacation at Royal Palms vacation home. We watched fish off the dock, swam in the pool, used the kitchen for 3 meals a day, used the grill and enjoyed many walks in the neighborhood.
