DON'T buy, phone lines don't work, their email "isn't up" and hasn't been for months, I bought a pillow on 12/8/2025 DECEMBER. It's currently 2/10/2026 now and no response or shipping in sight, website says give 3-4 weeks, it's been a lot longer. I filed a complaint with the BBB so now I'm waiting to see if that will help. It is very frustrating to have no way to check in the real status or even talk to someone to get a confirmation that they're aware. Do NOT BUY on the website. This is alleged fraud. read more

I ordered a very expensive down pillow 14 days ago. They state online that they need 10 days to make it. I called them that day to verify they were in business and to ask some questions. They had no problem answering the phone to get money, but will NOT communicate since then. They apparently took my order when they knew they were going out of business. I have called repeatedly, local as well as 800#, and both go straight into busy signal all day long. Busy signal? What business has That??? So, obviously these people closed up and stole $208.xx from me. I will be glad to alter this IF they ever get in touch with me, which I sincerely doubt. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE CERTAINLY THIEVES. UPDATE: I RECEIVED MY ORDER 10/06, OVERNIGHT BY FEDEX. Did it happen because I wrote this and filed a complaint with the BBB? Or would it have happened all along? I will never know. They very much need to respond to phone calls and emails. They did not do a thing to communicate with me and after the phones being 'off-hook' for 2 weeks or more, what would they expect one to think? So, though the quality is very good, I cannot give the 5 stars I might have as these people put me through unnecessary time and grief. I hate that. read more

Excellent ordering experience and good product. I ordered 300tc king-size white pillow cases to replace a pile of cases that accumulated over years. I made the order over the internet and called to confirm. Service was friendly and efficient. Manufacturing took about a week. Pillow case fabric is just right and construction seems solid. Added bonus is that all my cases match now. I also bought several down-like gel pillows. These pillows act and feel like down except they never need to be fluffed. I'll make a similar order now for queen-side beds in the house. read more

I ordered two pillows on 9/20/21. My credit card was charged $316 that day. It is now 10/6/21 and my order is in "processing." I have called multiple times and sent a fax inquiring about my order. NO ANSWER. I guess I have to file a complaint with my credit card company. Would much rather have the pillows, or at least communicate with them read more

I ordered a six foot long body pillow from their online website haha. Shipping was $16. I never received a confirmation email so now, over a week later, I have no idea if my order was even processed. I did receive a billing statement from PayPal so I know the money was sent. 5 days ago I also sent multiple emails to the company asking about my order and they still haven't replied. My first ever pillows from Royal Pillow arrived today. I had ordered 2 x soft, 700 fill-power GOOSE DOWN pillows. What arrived was one DUCK DOWN, 575 fill-power and one just labeled DOWN, no fill-power stated. I called immediately and the young lady on the phone apologized. Royal will send UPS to pick up wrong pillows and once they are received back at Royal's location, Royal will send new, and hopefully correct, pillows. Think of how expensive their sloppy quality control is for just this single transaction. Add up all the mistakes and I wonder how much more we pay in the price of our orders. I will change this rating IF and when the proper pillows arrive. The pillows I received were soft and appeared very well made...just the wrong filling. I'm excited to receive the correct items! ON EDIT: New pillows arrived. One was labeled properly; the second one was not. But they are nice pillows - just the way I like my pillows. And I subsequently ordered two more - this time DUCK down (575 fill). read more

The pillow i bought 70 percent feathers 30 percent down arrived, and it stinks like duck or goose, it has a bird smell. I am unhappy with the purchase. I am not sure if I will use it. read more

Wanted to purchase 3 special pillow cases for $17.99 from their website. Shipping was way too costly - $11. On my job, I ship every day. UPS ground for 3 lightweight pillow covers would be $7.95 tops. North Carolina is not that far from Fla. where they're shipped from. Why the extremely high shipping fee? I don't understand it! About a year and a half ago I ordered a queen top-line Hungarian down pillow for myself as I couldn't find any that 'worked' for me. After thoroughly enjoying it for a few months, it just wasn't fair that my wife couldn't enjoy one too (she thought hers ~ a very highly advertised brand was good until she tried mine). I had ordered the medium fill but she wanted the firm. She loves hers but I was wishing I'd purchased a firm one also. I called Royal Pillow and explained what I was hoping to do and all I had to do was return my medium, it was filled to firm, and now we are both enjoying very comfortable sleeping. The customer service at Royal Pillow is excellent, I found, but patience is a good thing to remember as all their pillows are made to order so one might just have to wait a few days more than if ordering from some larger supplier. When needed, I'll certainly order from Royal Pillow again. ted h. read more

I have been purchasing pillow inserts from Royal Pillow for a few years now. I am very pleased with their price and quality. I have a drapery work room, so I have been buying many inserts. The quality of their pillow ticking is very good, and so far, I have not had any clients who have inserts that are leaking feathers. This is extremely important as there is nothing worse than feathers wiggling out of a beautiful decorative pillow and sticking to your couch and clothes! Royal Pillow's customer service is good. They have produced some custom designed inserts with channels that came out perfect! They have also made large box pillows for floor cushions. As usual, they were well made, with channels to keep the feather distribution consistent and keep the shape. They were just right in terms of comfort. I received my 700+ fill power Hungarian goose down pillows today, after searching a long time for non-Chinese-sourced pillows. The Royal Pillow Corp pillows are absolutely beautiful!! They are clearly very high quality, and I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered a medium goose down pillow from royal pillow corp. The price was very inexpensive for a 100% down pillow. I got the pillow in 5 days and it was as fluffy and soft as I needed sleeping on my back. I will definitely be ordering all my future pillows from royal pillow corp. read more
