All around great experience both times I've needed tailoring services. Never had any issues, this is my tailor.

He butchered my jacket. He did not do 1/2 the job I hired him to do. I asked for 1/2 refund but he refused. The seams didn't line up, there's puckering at the seams and the sticking separated. I figured he must had just forgot to finish but that made him angry and he refused to fix his mistakes. An absolute waste of money and ruined my jacket. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My wedding is in November. I am actually in the DFW area. One of my bridesmaids who has already dished out a lot of $ to come be apart of our day took her dress here for minor alterations. Not only did he charge an insane amount, I've included the pictures of how her dress looked when she picked up. The dry cleaners confirmed it was oil (they stated oil from his machine) Such a nightmare! The way he treated her afterwards was ridiculous. I will make it a point to give a ZERO star rating on every platform available. read more

This man is by far the worst tailor I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. He charged me almost 1000 dollars for 4 suits to be tailored and not only did a subpar job but completely ruined my suits and refused to give me a refund. He said he would redo it and made them even worse the second time! And to top it all off he was constantly lying and does not treat is customers well. I am very short and have been to many alteration places my entire life in OC. This is my new favorite place. The owner is very kind and professional. The prices are reasonable and he does a fantastic job at the alterations. Additionally, he also presses the clothing. read more

I don't like to write bad reviews, but BEWARE!! Terrible service. There are many tailors and tuxedo rentals around town, don't go here. The owner makes you pay in full in advance, takes a month to deliver, then provides a terrible product. The suits are outdated and he won't alter them or give you a refund. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am in a wedding in November in Texas. I had taken in my Bridesmaid dress for minor alterations. Not knowing what what ion store for me! About a week went by and I called the shop to check on my dress. The owner said the dress is ready and that he would like me to stop in to try on and check alterations. I let him know I was at work, and I could not head over. I called him back and asked what time the shop closed the following day. He said 6 PM and then proceeds to tell me that my dress had a black spot on the front. I said it definitely does not. The dress still has the tags on it. I tried to dress on in his shop and there was no black spot during that time! I left work to rush over and see what he was talking about (pictures posted). I showed up to a nightmare! I had explained to him that I had no time for error, being that the wedding is next month. I should have known from the start once I saw his no refund sign but for some reason I just went with it I figured I have lived here for 10 years and he has been there for so long that maybe I could trust him. I was completely wrong! So not only did he charge me an insane amount of $169 (more than the dress mind you) his sign says "no refunds" and he destroyed my dress!! So I advise you, DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you have the money to waste, and or do not mind your items to be ruined. I will be filing a report! read more

I purchased equipment from his shop. He swore the equipment was what he listed and I drove an hour to pick it up. I didn't think it looked correct but he kept reassuring me that it was what I requested. After I drove back to Utah I was informed by a professional that he lied. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!! poor customer service and waste of money . I had taken my suit to get tailored by this man and he completely ruined my suit. Not to mention over charged me , I paid 210$ and he would not refund me or fix it as I was not satisfied. He kept rushing me as I was trying on the suit and instead of asking if I liked it or not he told me to hurry up and leave. I also had him fix some of my ties and they came out crooked and he didn't even put the right tags on the right ties. I brought my dress here for alterations. I paid for $189 when I dropped it off. The dress was there for two weeks. When I picked it up, tried it on, clearly there are some serious miscalculations in the tailoring to the point I did not want to bring it back to this tailor. I have now had to find someone to completely undo the mistakes, re-alter the dress and I lost my money. This is a not only a serious disappointment but a costly decision no one should endure under any circumstances. read more

This man refused to serve me today because I went into the dry-cleaning business next door to see how quickly they could do the same job. It's really a shame, because the woman at the dry-cleaners RECOMMENDED him (because she was too busy). I was really disappointed by his behavior and obviously will not be going back there. read more
