When I got them back, they were extremely wrinkled, and when she hem his pants, she puts white chalk on the back of the calf she did not bother to wipe it off personally, I think it's unprofessional and Without my permission, she took off all of the tags on my brand new pair of slacks the tags were not interfering with her hemming the bottom . That's all I needed her to do was hem the bottom of the pants I'm not sure why she took it upon herself to take off all of the tags on a brand new pair of pants . I did not appreciate that thought. My fiancé needed to get a pair of pants that we literally just bought that day taken from a 34 to a 30 Inseam. We picked the pants up without trying them on . We didn't think we needed to try them on since she measured them . We were going to a funeral out of town. when we got to our destination, he tried them on. She only took an inch off. We had to have a Next-door neighbor thank God she had a sewing machine fix it correctly. Before the funeral the next day . I would not recommend this company . Unfortunately we had to pay for a service that was not correctly done. Try your clothes on before you leave just to make sure she correctly did what she is getting paid to do.

I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.

Usually a simple hem is $20-$25. I took a long dress in for a simple hem and linen pant for hem. I was told later that the dress material was very thin so it cost more and the pant had a small slit on side so I was charged extra for both items. I don't think it is good business to not inform a customer of approximate cost before doing work. Had I known this cost I would have taken elsewhere and/or not done the pant. This tailor is not close to my house but I enjoyed supporting this business. I feel like I was taken advantage of so I won't be going back.

To my surprise, two other tailors said they couldn't, after they asked me to bring the sweatshirts in for them to see. Not Soheila, she immediately said yes, no problem. Well, the jackets came out so great that I bought two more sweatshirts for Soheila to convert. She did great work, completed within a couple of weeks, plus she is just so sweet. I love her! She told me she named the shop after her mom, Mimi. I'm now getting her to make some curtains for me from some cool designer fabric I found online. Can't wait :)
