This place is now my go-to hand car wash in Las Vegas. It may seem on the pricier side, but you pay for experience and quality. The next morning after arriving in Vegas, I needed to find a hand wash place as the family car was due for a wash. Although they say they're open at 9am, they're really open at 8am. Anyways, when I first get there, it's a little hard to find, but they're the same company as the Royalty Exotic Car. You just go in through the main entrance and tell them you're there for the Auto Spa. After getting checked in, I opted for the mini-detail as it was their fastest service, meticulous detail to your car in what turned out to be just an hour. Anyways, they did a great job was the mini detail. They restored the super gloss on the car's PPF wrap, you could see the vacuum lines on the carpet, no dirt on the all weather floor liners, even the extra set of carpet liners I had in the trunk had the vacuum lines! This place is amazing! Also to note is that they're very meticulous about the products they pick. Their soaps and waxes are all ceramic safe and gentle. It's your standard wash, not a waterless wash. They have an in house water filtration system so you're getting new, soft, and purified water. While you wait, you can look at the cars available for rent and they have quite a few. I can hear their Rolls Royce calling out to me. Once they are done, they bring your car to the front of the business. As they were backing my car into one of their logo parking spots, it hit me that my could be one of their rental cars. Nah. I wish my car wouldn't roll down its window when opening the driver's side door but it does, and it gets wet again after wiping it dry how many times. read more

2 Stars, location is convenient and staff was friendly BUT!! For a $100+ detail job, I expected a lot more especially from a company that strives for luxury and quality. I received my car back and found water spots all over the car, areas that were not touched, water marks in the interior and not the best wax job. To be quite honest my car has look better when I get it washed for $20 at my dealership. Based on my experience and outcome of my car wash I will not be a returning customer and will definitely not be referring any friends or family here. They were open on Labor Day, took our call, and received and cleaned the car the very next day. Probably the best detail, wash, and wax I've gotten for the price. I went for a quick wash and wax and had called them towards the end of their work day and they were able to accommodate me. I would rate them five stars but when I arrived, my maps had taken me to the back of the building where the actual detailing is done. I walked towards the building to ask where the office is and some older gentleman scoffed and made a smart a** comment. Something along the lines of "Probably in the front of the building". He didn't even look at me, just scoffed and kept walking. Something about that really pissed me off, the front of the building is Royal Exotics, where super cars are rented out. They did a beautiful job! The car reflects like a mirror, and is easier to clean despite being a dark color! I have had 2 washes/detailing services with them as well. What a fully disappointing experience. I brought my car here for a "Full Detail" on September 21. I was so excited to find a detail shop that I felt would do a good job cleaning up my 2008 Nissan Xterra after a trip to Burning Man. I was planning on cleaning it myself and had spent a couple hours on the interior and I had taken it through the car wash twice so my car was not in horrible shape to begin with. My excitement quickly dwindled when I picked up my car and saw that the quality of work was very low. I referenced the website and the services included with the "Full Detail" package and of the 11 items listed, one was decently completed. My car was not even clean after the first attempt. The engine bay was not even blown out with air, my windows were streaky and smeared, my personal items were damaged and thrown in a pile, the windshield wipers were caked with dirt, numerous places around the car were still soiled and the vehicle was not dried (zero wax as was listed on their website). I also noticed numerous places where the tire dressing overspray was left untouched on my paint and plastic trim. I could have gotten comparable results from a $60 car wash at the gas station. I did give the shop the opportunity to try again and amend the horrible first try. When I dropped my car back off a second time on September 24, the employee could not have cared less and did not show any remorse or apologize for the shoddy work or wasting my time. The employee tried to tell me that the area around the shop was very dusty and that's why my car was not clean. I heard a few other excuses from the employee, but never a single apology or recognition that I had been swindled the first time around. The employee just let me know "next time" to let them know about the crap work sooner. I truly believe the shop saw someone they believed they could easily rip off and I wouldn't notice. When I picked up my car after the second attempt it still was not clean and I was lied to about the car being waxed. The windows were still streaky, the car was again not dried properly, drips of various cleaning products various places around my paint. Needless to say I am not happy with the results of either trip here and feel their "service" is just a scam. I was so excited to have a big task taken care of and I even asked that the services be upgraded from the $250 "Full Detail" listed on their website and paid $300. $300, two trips to the shop, an uber ride I paid for and hours without my vehicle and they still couldn't even return a clean car to me or apologize for wasting my time. read more

I took my daily driver vehicle to Royalty for an engine steam clean, so I could more easily see any engine leaks I suspected were there. The staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait very long for them to finish my vehicle. They didn't do a good job, they did a GREAT job! When I took my vehicle back to the automotive service station to repair the leak, the mechanics commented how GREAT of a steam clean job it was!!
