This review is long overdue. I love writing reviews for these types of small businesses as they deserve all the praise and shoutout for their hustle and commitment. I am a very picky person when it comes to who details/washes my cars. There is a big market out there in Vegas and lots of folks running around doing mobile washes and it has taken me a while to settle in with these folks but it was worth the wait. Usually I am challenged with people using cruddy products or being not so detail oriented when they get to actually doing the job but these folks are a gem. Great responsiveness, great professionalism, good transparency on when washes can be done, etc. These guys continue to service my BMW and Benz and they do it flawlessly. I trust them for every aspect of the car and even have taken their guidance a few times on how to talk to my dealerships on things that require their attention. Don't look any further.. these guys are legit and I cant say enough. Lifelong customer for as long as I am in Vegas. read more

I ordered the Premium Exterior Detail, Mini Interior Detail and the Engine Detail. with Jon. He went over the different packages available and the pricing. Once I decided on what I wanted, we scheduled an appointment. However the day of the appointment, the weather wasn't cooperating and I texted Jon and we rescheduled for today 12/2/24. Well to make a long story short, see the attached pictures. Mel showed up right on time and did an excellent job. Our car sits outside all of the time and with all of the construction around us for the last 3 years, the engine was a disaster. I only found this out as I went to jump start my Cousin's car. AMAZING! These guys came to my house and removed a long scratch on the hood of my new Bronco I got going through a car wash! Learn my lesson! I took my 40 year old sports car in to KJN for an engine and engine bay cleaning. The engine was in sorry shape (visually) and I honestly thought there wasn't much hope. But Jon and his team did an absolutely remarkable job in bringing back some life that I thought was forever gone. I couldn't be happier with the results and the price. Moreover, the experience was professional and courteous from the moment I booked the service all the way through vehicle pickup. My dad found these guys. He was in town to drive my 9 year old truck back to Michigan. Although it wasn't in rough shape, it did have a lot of dog hair inside and had never been detailed or waxed in the 9 years I've had it (I know, I know). They met him at the hotel, they were on time and the results were amazing. It was shiny and almost new looking after the wax job. It was fairly priced at $450 for full inside and out detailing including carpet cleaning, etc. They also contacted the hotel to arrange it so it was easy and stress free. read more

Five stars out of five stars. Let's go! I can't even begin to say how good the service was. I reached out same day and they were able to get me in. I mean that is great customer service. If you're looking for a great car wash service I highly recommend these guys. They did everything from the beginning to the end amazing. Very professional, excellent service, and very polite. A recent valve gasket failure left my engine bay looking terrible. I wanted it to be clean so I could detect any future mechanical issues so I had KJN Auto Spa come to my home and cleaned it thoroughly. Additionally, I had them give the car an express wash. I was particularly happy with how well they cleaned my trunk (little bits of stuff always gets stuck in the carpet material). Another detail I appreciated was the entire rim being cleaned, inner part included. Often detailers only get the visible outer portion. read more

Quick exterior and engine bay wash Quality of product/service: Jon did a great job washing my beater's engine bay! It even smelled good after lol. He was also careful washing the exterior as I asked him to be careful on a couple of sensitive paint spots. I normally do my own car wash and even got all the right equipment for it; foam cannon, pressure washer, the whole shabang, but I'm not confident to do engine bays. I'm also not easy to trust hiring just any random car wash guys to do engine bays, but my original guys stopped replying, so I'm glad to have found a new one. Customer service: Jon gave me a scare for a bit but I'm glad he came through. It was a last minute scheduling since my guy stopped replying. Aside from the scare lol, he was professional from start to finish of washing my xB. I really appreciated that he wasn't snobby about cleaning a beater car. Establishment: N/A (mobile car wash), instead, a professional carwash van that comes to you. He even has a website, and a professional text scheduling confirmation. Price point: Good for a mobile car wash that I believe is licensed and insured, and provides professional service. Do I recommend this place, or will I come back? After enjoying the snow with the wifey in Mt. Charleston, I wanted to get my wife's jeep detailed & remove all the salt/mud & snow especially undercarriage. I went with the "Mini" detail package to see what they got to offer & if they can deliver... I tell you what? Stroke my d!@k with sand paper they did an immaculate job! Not to mention they were chill, friendly, yet professional. Big or small they do'em all! Also it's nice to see 2 brothers getting together to run a business. Thank you thank you thank you! The inside of my car was so dirty. I had a stain on the back seat from a Gatorade, and now it's barely visible. The inside of my car looks practically brand new again. KJN Auto Spa is just absolutely phenomenal! I was in a pinch before a road trip to get my car interior washed as a company that was apparently vetted and well-booked no showed for my pre-appointment. I scoured Yelp for another recommendation and took a chance on KJN.... it's pretty obvious their reviews are high for a reason, these guys are phenomenal! They squeezed me into their already packed schedule for the day and were able to help me out right before I had to leave for my trip. They were done in under an hour and my car looked literally brand new. I even told them since I was going on a trip not to worry about the outside since I would be driving and they did it anyways. I've never seen my wheels that sparkly and shiny! Really, they run their business well and obviously care about attention to detail and their customers. John came out to my parents house with his partner to clean my car AFTER he had gone to a separate location to work on my sons car. John completed a mini detail on my sons car onsite and it looked like it was brand new. Meanwhile at my parents house John completed the mini detail on my vehicle. The man pays attention to detail for all of the items on the car. AND when asked if he can add an additional vehicle to do an exterior he didn't flinch and added the vehicle on. The feel of driving your car after a detail is everything!! We had two of our cars worked on by KJN & the guys did a primo job. It's definitely a plus that we aren't waiting at a gas station for an hour to get this work... we get to chill at home until it's done! I like that they come early too. You can tell they put a lot into the detail, & it's not a rushed job. Beside the shine inside and out.. the best part is the dog hair removal. We have two dogs that shed like crazy, & there is no trace of hair anywhere! I know i want my car always lookin as good as I feel, so we're set up for appts monthly. Mel and Jon did a phenomenal job on an exterior and interior detail on my car. I also had two stains on my headliner that I absolutely hated seeing and they removed them! It looks brand new. KJN does a great job on my truck as well as my motorhome. Scheduling is easy and they work around my schedule whether at home or at the office. I would (and have) recommended them to many people. You can tell the difference between the finished job from some other detailers that I have used. I highly recommend this company! Jon was super nice and communicative the entire time prior to the appointment. He also was super attentive and even recommended several add ons that were super worth it! He didn't pressure me or make me feel bad for my mess of a car and was overall just a really good person! But do to my car being a midsize vehicle (Tesla Model Y), there was a $10 charge. And then there is a $3 fee for credit card charges. In my opinion, it's a pretty good deal. They do a good job. And they work all day. They deserve what they charge. If you're looking for TOP notch detailing, they may provide other services for a deeper clean. But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Plus, hand drying it and vacuuming on my own, isn't really worth the time and effort. Especially in comparison to a nice "self service" car wash. Most of them charge between $10-$20 dollars anyway. I might as well pay other people to do it. They work hard. Do a good job. They're pretty honest about their pricing.

The guys came through again!!! Had a road trip where I got rear ended on the freeway. The soda I had open in the center consoles sprayed over the passenger seat and a little on the seat behind it due to the impact. With tan/cream seats, it was a mess. Since I wasn't sure if the body shop or insurance company would take care of it and I wanted it cleaned the right way, I dropped KJN Auto Spa a text. Quick reply, like always. Real easy to set up. I'd say it's around 20k miles on road trips, most of which I was awake for watching tv. Trust me, the Lord of the Rings, the entire series of Suits, and Billions helped and the longest straight stretch was about 26 hours. Thankfully FSD alarms you when it's pulling off the highway for sparks Sadly she wasn't celebrated like her family members on our White House lawn Not sure if I was going to stay in Vegas, last summer I spent it downhill mountain biking around Colorado. Racing to the lifts a rock flew out the back of a dump truck on the interstate spider cracking the windshield. That was a first. I waited until the end of summer to replace it, and I kid you not a week later, behind a lifted 4x4 three rocks took out the second. FML. Before I replaced it for a third time, I researched ways to prevent this. The car body is already covered in 3M PPF, with a 10 year Ceramic Pro coating, and I learned about product called Windshield Skin ( @windshieldskin ). Engineered to 8 and 12mil thicknesses for durability it's meant to absorb a direct hit, up to size of a silver dollar. After spending a fortune fixing the glass I didn't want to have to do that again. In Vegas only two shops dealt with how difficult this install is. I selected Fresh Detail LV ( @freshdetaillv ) and opted for the thickest custom ordered 12mil edition. Not only did they flawlessly install it, but I have a bit more confidence I won't have ( knock on wood ) to fix the glass again. I highly recommend them if you're in town. As an engineer with a bit of OCD it took forever to solve this. I share this because just like the toughest bugs we battle, our outside lives often have the same challenges. Because I love outdoor sports, I'll never drive a car I own without this on it again.

Beyond a great detail job, they were friendly people, on time, and the communication was above average. I have dealt with numerous detail companies, and it seemed like being late was part of the job. It was rare to see people show up on time. Not with these guys. I got a confirmation text when they were on the way, and they showed up right on schedule. They came to my home, on a weekend, and spent over 2 hours on my SUV. They insisted I inspect my car before leaving, and honestly, I don't think it was that clean when I purchased it. They even got out some of the black scuff marks that I thought would need to be painted over or buffed out. All of my interior was spotless, including all of the floor mats removed, and carpet cleaned. I have actually enjoyed driving my car more since it was washed by Downtown Details!
