My dad's black Tesla and my mom's grey BMW were also going to be worked on, so I dropped my car off at their house, where it was being done. Juan cleaned the interior and exterior of all three cars and started as early as 7:00am on 2/29/24. He had excellent communication, made an appointment that was convenient for us and we were sent automated reminders and direct communication from him on the day of the appointment. He recommended an appropriate service level without trying to upsell. The Premium Detail was done on all three cars. He did a GREAT job on my car and it looks like when I first got it all over again. I will trust no one else but Juan to detail my car. Not only does he do a fantastic job but he is also honest and you can tell he loves what he does. If you have an older car like my boyfriend, he evaluates it and let's you know if there are certain areas that are beyond repair. I showed him a pretty bad scratch I made on the side of my car from swiping a pillar at work. My boyfriend had already cleaned off the yellow paint with magic eraser but there were still small visible scratches. He took a look at it, buffed it out and polished it with no charge, you wouldn't be able to tell it was there. Juan is a beast when it comes to detailing and I couldn't recommend him more! I called him to get his ultimate detail package done on my wife's Subaru Forester. She works out in basically a dirt pit and her car has been inundated with dirt and dust. We were about to be having our first child so we wanted it as clean as possible especially the interior so our new baby wouldn't be breathing in any dust or silica particles that may be in her car. We had Juan do the wash and detail out in front of our house. He arrived early which was fine because he let me know via text ahead of time. The job he did in such a short time period is ridiculous, especially in the 100+ heat. I wasn't as concerned with the exterior detail of the vehicle but it still looked great, he even does an undercarriage wash which is a bonus given all the dirt and corrosion that can destroy the underside of a car. I was most impressed with his engine compartment detail. The dirt from where my wife works was all over the place. I had done my own cleaning of it about a year ago but what Juan was able to do put me to shame as you can see in the pictures. The interior was immaculate including all vinyl, rubber and plastic. All the small crevices were as clean as the day we bought the car brand new. As a detail enthusiast myself, I certainly can respect the professionalism and quality of Juan's work especially in the time does it. It would have taken me 5+ hours to do what he did in half the time. Juan also polished the headlights to remove some of the oxidation and did a disinfectant spray of the vehicle which he didn't even charge extra for. Juan did an awesome job on both our Jeeps! We regularly off-road so it's hard to keep my wife's Grand Cherokee and my Unlimited Rubicon clean. My Rubicon can't go through automatic car washes because of the soft top so hand washing is the safest bet to keep the soft top leak free. He even cleaned up my gas cans!
