Without a doubt I will never go to another Vegas car wash or detail company again! I am more than satisfied with the work these guys did. Beyond a great detail job, they were friendly people, on time, and the communication was above average. I have dealt with numerous detail companies, and it seemed like being late was part of the job. It was rare to see people show up on time. Not with these guys. I got a confirmation text when they were on the way, and they showed up right on schedule. They came to my home, on a weekend, and spent over 2 hours on my SUV. They insisted I inspect my car before leaving, and honestly, I don't think it was that clean when I purchased it. They even got out some of the black scuff marks that I thought would need to be painted over or buffed out. All of my interior was spotless, including all of the floor mats removed, and carpet cleaned. I have actually enjoyed driving my car more since it was washed by Downtown Details! Also, they offer a monthly service where they guarantee an upkeep on your vehicle to keep it looking new. They even gave my boyfriend and I a multi-car discount of $10 if we both do the monthly deal. So this place I would give I minus one because when you ask for a special request instead of you knowing what you want done with your car vehicle or whatever you need to be completely ignorant so that these this place can do it the way they do it the way they want to it's an insult for you to know your products and how you want your vehicle treated and to me that's bad business right there and in just asking the fellow on the phone was so rude and hung up on me took offense and hung up that is horrible customer service but did recommend I find Yelp and use Yelp to find people that could help me so others that are interested in finding true help and getting your car detailed might want to use that as advice as well and that is what at least the one star came from he gave advice to use Yelp. read more
