Shine Luxury really does live up to their name. My BMW X6M50i was indeed SHINY and felt LUXURIOUS once again. Having a daughter really makes it hard to maintain a nice interior and after 4 days of raining and snowing, my car truly needed a cleaning. Customer Service - 5/5 I haven't been treated this kindly in a very long time when it comes to service provided by a company. Even though there were 2 cars in front of me, Kenny was able to fit me in last minute and completed in record time. Service - 5/5 Unfortunately, I was so excited that I completely forgot to take pictures. But when I tell you, this was a brand new car after their cleaning. I will be coming back next time for sure! read more

After partying hard on April 1st, I ended with vomit filled passenger seats! I tried my best to clean it but the seats were perforated and it was really hard to reach the vomit stuff from underneath! Shine Luxury Auto Spa responded really quick! I loved how responsive the owner was and helpful in choosing the right detailing/cleaning needed for my car. My car smelled awful but after they cleaned it up... OMG! Felt like the car was brand new! Thank you very much! read more

These guys are the real deal! Had my BMW done by Shine Luxury Auto Spa. I got the VVS package and they did an amazing job. Interior, exterior, rims, literally everything I can think of. They even did my engine bay. I haven't had my car like this for a loooong time. Extremely satisfied with the job. Definitely recommend to anyone out there wanting to get a good detail that is actually worth your money. Wroth every penny! read more

Boun was super friendly and did an amazing job on my car! I have 6 dogs so my car can get messy pretty quick but after a quick service, he made my car feel like brand new. Shine Luxury Auto Spa is the best! My dog goes everywhere with me so you can imagine how filthy my car gets, from pet hair in every single nook and cranny, to toe bean prints all over my seats to snot all over the windows. There was months worth of dirt and fur build up. I stumbled across Shine Luxury Auto Spa on Yelp, they responded within minutes, and sent someone to my house to clean the dog mobile and let me tell you, I was extremely impressed. The car was SPOTLESS, you couldn't even tell that there was a furry friend in there. They managed to remove all traces of what the dog left behind. I've tried cleaning that car myself many times but never have achieved the level of cleanliness that they have provided. They were so attentive to detail and the service was amazing!! 10/10 would recommend! read more

I came in at the last minute into Las Vegas, headed to my hotel and called and he was there within 30 minutes picked up the car from valet, washed it on the property and returned it back to valet. Seamless excellent professional. read more

I haven't cleaned my car for months and it was super dirty from all the rain and wind we've been experiencing in Las Vegas. The Shine Luxury Auto Spa team made it look brand new! Kenny was very helpful, professional, and accommodating when discussing the different types of washes they offer and scheduling a time for the convenient mobile detailing. My car looks amazing inside and out! There are no crumbs or dust on the inside and the outside is shiny and spotless. They were even able to get rid of a scratch on the paint! Waste your money some place else. Got scammed asked for a platinum service and with the dog cleaning. Guy pulled up said they only got 90% or the dog hair out said that's cool pulled out the floor mat to distract me from the lazy work they did. Rushed me out got home and they only got 50% of the dog hairs out and didn't even clean the back half. Waste your money on the ghetto car wash on Sahara and Boulder they do much more work for half the price and loose less money getting robbed. The 5 star reviews are fake. read more

I am extremely picky about washing my 2015 Nissan 370z Nismo. It had recently rained and did not want to wash it myself. I contacted Shine Luxury Auto who stated they'd be able to wash my car the same day I called. Best part about it is that they are mobile. I had to take it no where and they would come to me. I was extremely pleased with the end results, the car came out better than expected. The car looked clean, sleek and looked show car ready. I only got the basic wash and the car looked prestige. I can only imagine what kind of amazing work they could do if I were to buy the top package. I highly recommend Shine Luxury Auto Spa. read more

And they work all day. They deserve what they charge. If you're looking for TOP notch detailing, they may provide other services for a deeper clean. But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Plus, hand drying it and vacuuming on my own, isn't really worth the time and effort. Especially in comparison to a nice "self service" car wash. Most of them charge between $10-$20 dollars anyway. I might as well pay other people to do it. They work hard. Do a good job. They're pretty honest about their pricing.

There's an employee named Jackson who has shown me nothing but unprofessionalism on more than one occasion. A while back he mishandled my membership and I ended up being charged double. I let it go, thinking mistakes happen, but now it's clear it wasn't just a one time slip up. Today I pulled in and noticed Jackson parked his personal car in a stall meant for paying customers. When I brought it up respectfully, his response was rude, unnecessary, and flat-out disrespectful. That's not how you talk to someone who supports the business and pays for service. What makes it worse is that there are employees like Julian who represent Sparkle the right way. Julian has always had great customer service professional, respectful, and consistent. So I know it's not the company itself that's the problem, it's the fact that Jackson feels untouchable enough to treat customers however he wants. If management values their brand, they'll address this quickly. It's embarrassing to see someone like that wearing your logo and pushing away paying customers while people like Julian are out here actually making the place look good.

They have three tiers of car wash and I ended up getting the second one ($15 value). They accept card which was nice. Before you enter the drive through car wash, there are 2 workers who spray the car and scrub it down a bit. Then it goes through the car wash (not too long but gets the job done). Upon exiting the car wash, there's also 2 workers who hand-dry your car with towels, and the car wash tier I purchased comes with tire shining (even my partner commented on how shiny my tires were and asked where I got my car wash haha) ! I felt that the workers here definitely deserve a tip. To give them a tip, just roll down your window after they hand-dry and the guy closest to the driver's window will collect it. I also used their vacuums as well which work really really well. Strong suction and no complaints there. They also have an air gun too behind the vacuums too so be sure to make use of that. There's only about 6 stalls for vacuums but every time I went, there's always been an open stall!
