I knew my 2,800 sq ft home would require a true deep clean with two workers and expected it would probably take around 8-9 hours. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work upstairs. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush. They took the time a real deep cleaning requires and spent over six hours upstairs alone, making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Honestly, my house probably needed two full days -- one for upstairs and one for downstairs --, but they were kind enough to stay and finish the job, working over 13 hours total. They communicated with me throughout the process about the time and the amount of work involved, which I really appreciated. As someone who normally does all the deep cleaning myself, I know how exhausting and physically demanding it is. It meant so much to finally get help tackling the areas I'm usually too tired to fully get to. My doors, baseboards, blinds, floors, railings, showers, and so many other details now look sparkling clean. I would much rather pay a little more for cleaners who truly take their time and understand what an actual deep cleaning entails, rather than rushing through the job. I always communicated with Elisa nonetheless, which she seemed good about. I noticed in the last couple of months her communication was declining. I'd ask for a date; she'd respond to me a few days later, then a couple of weeks later, and fill me in when she had cancellations last minute. Last month she stopped responding to me altogether and left me hanging which was unlike her. I had a gathering the following day which my house unfortunately wasn't completely clean as I hoped, since her staff NO SHOWED on me. Tried calling her, and she just never responded. I haven't checked, because I can't pull the couch or futon out to see if anyone got behind and under them. Floor in front of the freezer, and a bread tie. Left sliding door track. Right track. Sliding door frame. See where our cat likes to rub against the light switches, wall and door frame? Silverware and spatula drawers. I suggested the inserts could go in the dishwasher, but an owner noted they'd not fit. This was seen during the walk through. When they came to clean, I mentioned it again, and again was told they'd not fit. I "think" I said they could be hand washed. Why would you not offer to wash them in the sink for an extra $20? Or just wipe them out?! They took them out to clean BENEATH them. How do I know? Everything was rearranged. I highly encourage taking pictures before removing items from a cupboard or cabinet. Cast iron skillets are HEAVY. They were in one cabinet but when they were done, some were in another along with our stainless-steel pots and pans. And in front of the stainless-steel pots and pans. Update: 5:14:'25. Kelsey asked that I call her to discuss the issues. I did. Had she started with an apology, our conversation may have been different, and my review updated with a thank you for a clean house.
