They were very helpful, pleasant, prompt, professional and our driver Dexter was very attentive to our loved ones. They were able to get us scheduled the day before our appt and their fee was the cheapest I could find around town and worth every cent! Recently, we contacted and paid this organization to transport a severely ill (dying) veteran from San Diego to Northern California to his home for his final days. The patient required medical personnel along for the ride and had intensive needs. I paid 3700.00 for this. All of this was clearly communicated by email from the nurse at the care facility where the patient was being transported from. This company sent a van with a gurney and a guy with a CPR card... Obviously, this did not meet our needs and no services were rendered. To this day, no refund or offer of refund has been made or received despite zero services being rendered. You are honestly just as well off using an Uber. I do have a dispute case in through the credit card company. We'll see.

The 2 men were right there reassuring us that they will not move from my Mom's side and they even had to tell the facility that, "No, we won't leave without her, we don't abandon our clients.
