Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

I used to dread moving days a lot more because of all of the unknowns/things out of your control that may come up, but they made the experience seamless!
