I had my wedding here just this past weekend (September 26, 2015) and ensuring was flawless on their part!!! They accommodated me with anything I had asked for & Christina kept in constant touch with me & always responded to my emails within 24 hours. All of our guests raved about the dinner!! I honestly can not remember the name of the main dish, it was a chicken dish with broccoli and cheese.. Anyway, the night was perfect & we could not be happier. I just asked my new husband if he had anything to add & all he did was that the beginning of dinner started a little slow, but we both believe it was due to the volume of guests that were at the open bar prior to dinner service & the wait staff had to wait for them to be seated so they were able to move efficiently to serve us. A++++++ from us!!!

I had a great experience having our 4/21/18 wedding at Royalty West and working with Christina. She was always able to accommodate my requests and answer my questions quickly. She was very laid back and helped me stay relaxed throughout the planning process. I LOVED the food and so did our guests. My menu included cream of chicken and rice soup, beaded pork cutlet and I was able to have a gravy without mushrooms, chicken kiev, dumplings, mostaccioli, viel meatballs, and roasted garlic potatoes. My guests were primarily American and they loved the menu. Best of all, this venue is very affordable and the final total was actually a bit lower than what I had projected. My decorations were placed exactly how I asked and everything looked beautiful! The service staff were prompt and things were brought out quickly. The only thing I would consider a downside is that the bartender wouldn't pour straight shots, only mixed ones. Christina was there to help with everything and at one point even had to rally my husband and I back into the building for our first dance because our pictures were taking a while. The venue even allowed our wedding to go a bit later than I had paid for. The next morning, I was able to collect my decorations and they kept the boxes for me to use. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks so much for a special night!

Kings table for the wedding party turned out amazing!

Brian and I spoke and emailed a few times before the wedding. He seemed great and I was comfortable having him. My husband even contacted him secretly to work out a little garter routine to surprise me. My husband spent hours making a mix on his own and emailed it to Brian the week before the wedding. When he didn't hear back from him saying whether or not he received the emailed song....he got a little nervous and copied it to a disc, just in read more » case! I went over every detail with Brian (pronunciations, song list, telling him to play more slow songs than normal because our band for the 2nd half of the night doesn't play anything slow, etc) Well....when my husband and I came into the reception hall, we were informed that Brian had been let go from the company the night before but not to worry because Corey (one of the "managers") was there to fill in for him. We spoke to Correy to be sure he had gotten all of our introductions, requests, etc. We again told him to play more slow songs and he understood. My husband spoke to him and realized he never heard anything about the mix that he sent Brian.....so luckily Matt had it on the disc....which was at the HOTEL! Our wedding coordinator had to leave and rush to get the CD...leaving us without her services for about an hour. Introductions- OK. The music was waaaay to low and he mispronounced a few things. Dinner music- Was there even dinner music? I didn't hear any. Special Dances- Fine, oh and the garter routine went off without a hitch ;) Thanks to our coordinator and my husband's dance moves! Dancing- OK....he took a lot of requests which was fine, but didn't play any slow songs! I think I heard ONE. Literally ONE! He also played all the cheesy wedding songs, which I had requested Brian not to do. Also, one person noted that once the band finished and the DJ started for the last 15-20 minutes of the night...the dance floor cleared! We should have just ended the night with the band and had the DJ go home! I realize things happen....and I just wish someone from One Stop DJ would have called me, my husband or our coordinator the day before when this happened to go over everything. A 3 minute conversation in the lobby while I have 300 guests waiting on us was NOT SUFFICIENT in my book!!!!! I'm glad I only paid what I did for the company! But, I guess you get what you pay for! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Disclaimer: I did email the company to discuss this matter prior to posting any reviews. I told them I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt to give me an explanation before I said anything. I heard NOTHING back. Therefore I am posting this review. BEWARE....

I just read a review by Amanda from Frankfort about One Stop Disc Jockey that sounds very similar…read moreto our experience with them. We were married on July 24, 2009 and were supposed to have Brian as a DJ, only to find out 3 days before the wedding that it was someone else. We had spoken to Brian on the phone and were comfortable with having him as a DJ, and no one even called us to tell us that we weren't having him. We called 3 days before to make sure there were no questions about our songs or anything and that's when they told us. Needless to say, we were given a DJ named Corey. He said he wasn't going to get our paperwork til 2 nights before the wedding. First off, our first dance song was the wrong version. He played an acoustic version, which sounded horrible and no one could hear it. My husband and I will remember this for the rest of our lives. There was also a last song we wanted played at the end of the night, but it was not played. He was also very rude to my bridal party, yelling at them to get in order before the introductions, only to butcher the introductions completely. He messed up the order of the bridal party and didn't say 2 of my bridal party members' names. It looks and sounds awful on our wedding video. He was also coming up to us throughout the night asking us various questions, such as when did we want the first dance, do we want our guests requesting songs, etc. This should have been taken care of well before the day of the wedding. He was also rude to many guests at our wedding, including my mother-in-law. During some of the fast dance songs, the CDs were skipping and he would have to start the song over. Overall, it was very embarrassing, especially having guests at your wedding coming up to you and asking what is wrong with the DJ. We were so upset with the performance of the DJ and tried calling them and left them a message, only to have them email us and say they don't handle complaints and you have to contact the attorney. We did this, but it basically got us nowhere, since all we wanted to do was let the company know how bad they were and how they made our reception a disaster. DO NOT use One Stop DJS!!!

I met with Ryan, who is professional but also just a cool dude. You can tell he gets it, and is up on the trends in the music and entertainment world. He took me through a whole presentation and explained how all of the wedding could be planned through their portal. The portal makes sure you address all the possible needs of a wedding- cocktail hour, first dances, bouquet tosses, and even if you want to accept requests or not, etc., but it's easy to indicate if you're skipping anything as well. His presentation was thorough and answered all my questions so I booked them the next day. I just went with their 6 hour DJ package, but they also offer longer packages with additional lighting and sound features, uplighting, fabric, photo booths, etc. You could really get a lot taken care of through this company! Although Ryan was not our DJ, the DJ we had (Chris B.) was very good. He played a great mix of songs and lots of people were dancing all night!! The guy never took a break, even though I did plan for him to eat dinner. My only two issues, which really weren't a big deal was that at one point the Christmas song "Silver Bells" came on during cocktail hour, and I promise that was not a song request. The other thing was that a few of our selected dance songs weren't the exact version I expected to here, but it was still the correct song overall so it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend Non-Stop entertainment!

Dwayne was the DJ at our wedding a few weeks ago. Before the wedding I had asked if we could decide…read morethe dinner music and then he could have flexibility with the dance music based on the type of music we tell him we like. I re-iterated this in our phone call before the wedding. He had no issue with this. At dinner, he played a song from the list, then started playing his own music for dinner. We had to go over and tell him to stick to the list, and even then he kept slipping his songs in. It was extremely disappointing. We had pick very specific important songs to us and people at the wedding and they did not get played. Besides the fact the amount of time and thought we put into picking those songs. Second, I told him most important to me was the he did not play the wrong first dance, father daughter song and mother son song. He literally played the wrong mother son song. It was supposed to be Across the Universe by Fiona Apple. A guy was singing instead. When I went over to tell him it was the wrong song he pointed to his computer and said "the computer says it's Fiona Apple." Then, he just stopped the song in the middle forcing their dance to stop. Dance music was fine, but I didn't want an average DJ I hear at every wedding, I wanted to work with him to make this special.
