Once again, no one visible but door unlocked. Went inside , had to step over a wet piddle pad and smell inside was horrible. Not a urine smell. The other. Waited a few minutes. Whoever was there should have known someone was at desk or on premises by all the Dogs Barking! Decided not to wait any longer and left.

No shade to that office, I loved the care we received, but the wait and the cost became prohibitive. Yes, it's a very old building that's seen better days, but what I care about is the care my pet receives. Dr. Pettit was straight forward when discussing possible diagnoses and I respect that. He was conservative with treatment options, and didn't jump to recommending expensive tests right off the bat. The important thing is, he figured out what was wrong with my cat, and did so for about 1/2 the cost of what my previous vet would have charged. Highly recommend!

This was probably the third place that I called to get my little long-haired Chihuahua groomed…read moreafter we moved here to the Omaha area most places were booked out for pets paradise the girl took time to talk to me find out what kind of dog I had and talk to me about her and got me in to see Nikki. This was her first visit and my dog and only had one groomer since I'd had her she was a rescue and somewhat apprehensive of people. Nikki took the time to get down on her level and talk to her and surprisingly foxy let her pitter and went back into the grooming area with her. We just went for our second visit and foxy's pet cute little bows in her hair and doesn't seem to mind going there for her bath and grooming. I must say the store just curious I'm very nice products and they were very helpful to me. Thank you Nikki and thank you to the staff.

My dog got a suite, but when we picked him up he smelled like he had been lying in his own urine…read moreall weekend. Had to bathe him right away. Then he got some GI illness. Uncontrollable bloody diarrhea and vomiting. He's never had anything like that before! So sad! Hopefully this was just a fluke but I'm certainly not happy.
