I had gone there for a new tire and was told I needed to replace my brake fluid. I called Pete, told him and he said it wasn't needed!!! Enrique was tops, also!! I was upset and sad to find that the shop changed owners. When you have an honest mechanic and assistant, they are worth their weight in gold. I had just gone there at the end of November and nothing was said, so this is such a shock. This review is based strictly on the customer service because I ended up not needing anything done…read moreto my car. So with the cold weather I had to put air in my tiers. After a couple of days a coworker mentioned to me that I need air in my tire. I figured there must be a small leak in one of the tires because I had just put air in the tire. Called K&K Auto & Tire and they told me to come down whenever to look at the tiers. The man on the phone was friendly and told me to take my time getting there. So already I felt better about bringing my car there. Once I arrived at K&K I walked right in and they were able to help me. It turns out I didn't need air in the tiers, but because the spot I was parked in at work was on a slant it gave the illusion that the tire was low on air. After putting a little bit more air in all my tiers I wasn't charged for anything and was on my way, with tip of course. Great customer service! It was fast and I appreciate that they didn't charge me for taking up their time with a false alarm tire repair. Bottom Line: Great customer service! I will defiantly be back when I actually have a to replace my tires!
