He set-up a time to come see the flooring issue and arrived on time! The thing that we really valued with Roy was that he took time to educate us and help us understand. We really walked into this flooring issue blind with no understanding of flooring, luxury vinyl plank, subfloors, or anything of the sorts. Just bought a new house with original hardwood floors. The seller mentioned there were slight gaps between the planks, creaks, and worn areas so I wanted a professional opinion to determine if I needed to repair and refinish my floors before moving in. He came out the same week I contacted him to inspect my flooring, and after walking each room, he told me my floors were in pretty good shape which I was very happy to hear. We enjoyed working with Roy through the whole process - from his initial visit to our home, through quote preparation, and the work itself. He and his team covered the stairs leading upstairs with protective material and taped off the rest of the house from their work area.
