Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Unfortunately we found out the hard way that Grennan Construction does not stand behind their work. During the installation they made a human error and did not caulk and apply flashing correctly which led to a leak to our dining and living room ceilings causing over $2,000 worth of damage. We have made close to 20 texts or phone calls to Fred, his employees or his office in an attempt to have them come out access, and effectively stop the leak. They told us it was fixed once, we had the inside of our home professionally repaired and painted only to have the leak return shortly afterwards. Go Elsewhere!! Was referred to Grennan Construction by a trusted source and they didn't disappoint. The crew was very polite and conscientious from beginning to end. The Hardie board installation looked good from day one and continues to look great. You should definitely use Grennan Construction if you the job well done at a fair price and on schedule.

Our front porch on our 1939 home had a fascia of brick that was loose and falling off. The…read moreflagstone on top had begun to crack apart without enough support under it. After I removed it, I found that most of the block support behind that was also loose or missing. I put in a call to several contractors for quotes. Brickworks was the first to respond and came up with an innovative repair plan. All others immediately said the whole porch would need replaced at almost 2x Brickworks quote. Decided to take a chance and was quite pleased. They repaired the structure, installed new fascia brick and were able to salvage some flagstone pieces to repair the surface of the porch. Everything was coated with waterproofing. However, when they were done they did an amazing cleanup and even repaired and seeded a few sq ft of damaged grass and reinstalled mulch around the porch. You would never have known that they were there except for the fact that the porch looked amazing. This work was done last year. It weathered great during the winter. I've always meant to post a review but never got around to it. I'd get a guilty feeling every time I'd see their trailer. Today I couldn't take it any more and just had to post. Would recommend them without reservation!

Siding, roof snd gutters look great and are functioning well. It appears to me that the company relies on long history too much. Sales and service support could be enhanced. I didn't find these to be Ryan McGlinch's primary skills. Our project manager was very polite. However, was not here often enough and didn't demand accuracy and follow through from a homeowner's perspective. At time of the project and soon afterwards I was very disappointed and stressed that I had to request a number of follow up calls for work omissions. In fairness to McGlinch associates, they responded to address, correct mistakes of the initial crews thus demonstrating that final customer satisfaction is a high priority. To improve, McGlinch could be more proactive ensuring detailed work is accurately completed, and provide a process for customer satisfaction without requiring the customer to become upset and then have to complain to get a required response.
