We generally insure 2 vehicles at a time due to the cost of insurance. ALL DESERT chooses the most reasonable rates and companies for us so we don't have to shop for insurance. They charged us a one-time broker's fee, but have returned that investment a hundred fold in reduced insurance costs over the last 2 decades. They are not suitable for 'hit and run' clients. Traci (Nicoll) Martin and Tesa Michael trace their roots to the Coachella Valley far longer than we have been satisfied customers. Over they years, we have come to respect them as they do a difficult job. Thanks to their comparison shopping, we have the lowest insurance rates of all our friends. Being defensive drivers does help, but a lot of the credit goes to their shopping efforts. With the money we saved, my Wife bought a 2024 vehicle at a local car dealership last month (plus 20+ years of saving). Traci fielded my surprise call while I was at the dealership, went the extra mile to call her contacts as the vehicle wasn't in their computer systems, and my Wife drove off the lot, fully insured in a matter of an hour. Service like that in 2023? I mean, who does that? But you must learn to be patient, and build up a relationship of trust with your insurance agent. Looking at Yelp, I see most people use it to bash Insurance Agencies. 23 years of no accidents, and we have the lowest insurance rates in town. What's not to like? If you are an aggressive driver, do not go to ALL DESERT. If you are a patient, defensive driver with no accidents - like us - and want the lowest rates because you don't use (or abuse) the insurance system - this is the place for you. Whiners, tail gaters, people who rush, rush, rush with no concern for public safety? Keep away from this quiet business establishment. John Kenny was introduced to me by one of my clients, a first time home buyer who, came to me after…read moreworking with John to get his credit repaired. The buyer was totally qualified after John repaired his credit. In addition he was coached by John and was a happy camper once we closed his loan. He owed it all to Credit Cure of California who repaired his credit and advised him on maintaining a superior credit score. This buyer was the first of several John referred to me for their home loans, and I must admit a referral from John means the borrower now has good credit and understands how to maintain it. I referred a client who was under contract to buy a new home, whose score was drastically reduced by a collection from a cable company. She did not even know it was there but it made her score so low that her loan rate would have increased to the point she could no longer afford the home she has contracted to buy. I sent her to John and within a week or so he had that unsubstantiated collection removed from her credit and her score returned to the high score where it belonged and we were able to close her loan on time with a nice low rate! A friend of mine applied for an apartment and found out an apartment complex he lived in 4 years ago had entered a collection of $3,000+ in his report...the friend had never been late with his rent. The building had changed hands several times and the collection agency bought the account from the original owner. It smelled like fraud but the collection agency didn't want to remove the account. It took a good month but John stayed on top of it and them like the Ninja credit guru he is and got the collection removed and my friend's credit to the point he was accepted into the complex he wanted with interior hook ups for washer and dryer! John also got him a new Master Card which was a bonus! My friend's life was changed as were the lives of several people who were able to buy their homes thanks to John Kenny. I'd recommend John to anyone who needs help with their credit scores/credit reports...he knows how to resolve issues and dramatically improve scores. He fights for you like no one else could because he knows the laws and the ins and outs of the credit reporting systems.
