His pricing was competitive, and he was refreshingly honest and upfront about what his team could--and could not--do. I have three dogs and a relatively small area of artificial turf that had become heavily soiled with urine and feces. Rigo explained that his team would thoroughly brush, vacuum, and deodorize the turf, while setting realistic expectations that no treatment can remove odor 100%. However, he assured me the results would be a significant improvement--and they absolutely were. He also explained that turf maintenance is something I can handle myself moving forward, but his team would create a clean foundation and provide the information and resources I needed to maintain it properly. We coordinated a date and time that worked for both of us, and his team arrived promptly and fully prepared. They completed the entire treatment in under an hour. Want turf? Look no further. Rigo and his team are all you need! A little back story. My husband and I started our backyard reno with a new pool build. However, our pool budget left us about 1000 sf of unfinished space (we have a pretty big backyard). We initially planned on covering that space with decorative rock, but after seeing numerous turf and putting green projects on IG, we knew that would be a way better option for us in the long run. RP Synthetic was top on my list after coming across their IG. I saw that they had 5 star ratings on Google & Yelp and decided to book an estimate with them. I also booked other estimates with a couple other companies, but Rigo was able to book us faster than the others. We had about 9 estimates done for our pool, so we honestly didn't have high expectations that the first turf company would check off everything on our list. Maaaaaan were we wrong. When we met Rigo, we instantly felt comfortable with him. No awkwardness, no weird vibes. When my husband told him what he wanted, Rigo instantly saw his vision. When we asked for his input, he only enhanced our ideas and made it even better. He was well prepared with tools to layout what the design would look like for us, and also brought samples of the turf so we could choose right then and there.
