Julius was responsive and there's a website form to request service as well. I called and after hearing the voicemail requesting you fill out the form online, I did so and he called back in minutes. He said he'd try to get out same day if he had cancellations or the next day for sure which is the reason I didn't call around to anyone else. Then, at the end of the day, he messaged to say he'd be there the following day. I acknowledged receipt and asked him to give me a call once he was in route. After the morning passed and he hadn't contacted me, I called and he made over in 30 minutes and said it'd cost about $200-300. $200 if repaired, $300 if replaced.
