I spoke to someone and they gave me a flat price of $120.00 and that they can arrive around 20 minutes. They took our credit card info to hold or they wouldn't be able to send someone out. They did not arrive until 1hour and a half later. When the driver FINALLY arrived he told us the total cost was $269.00 for a Jump start. I was in shock because they had just told me it was going to be $ 120.00 How in the hell did it more than double. We disputed with him and he said " ILL GIVE YOU A GOOD DEAL AND ONLY CHARGE $200.00 " I Repeated to him that whoever we confirmed with over the phone gave us a flat price of $ 120.00 for a Jump start. He said it was only $120 just for the driver to go there and check the issue. I had already explained the situation when I called to schedule that we needed a jump start for a box moving truck. I called the office back and they agreed it was $120.00 but they needed to check with the driver to confirm the price. This is after they booked our service took our card info and send someone to try and charge us $ 269.00 Because he did not want to honor the agreed price he got upset and left. our guy stranded again. 10 minutes after him leaving we get a text notification that our card was processed for $ 169.00 + 25.35 for taxes = $ 194.35. I included some pictures and explained my situation even though I doubted anybody would be able to help! Within a couple minutes, I got a message from Mike of Trojans Towing saying it looked like the control arm busted off.
