Update: the owner commented saying he has not received any calls today and doesn't tow any cars without permission. If he didn't recieve any calls how does he have my phone number? He called me 7 minutes after I called the number associated with NoHo towing and then processed to erase his original comment stating he didn't recieve any call and now saying he "heard the dispatch" when he originally stated no calls were ever recieved. Also, I too have a recording of the conversation because the first time I called, your "dispatcher" which I'm assuming is you, was laughing at me and was calling me stupid because I "didn't understand the difference between tow and road side assistance" which I kept saying, someone called on my behalf and yet your "dispatcher" kept laughing at me, being unprofessional and rude. Eddie was the one who helped me, and I've truly never met someone so kind and hardworking. He didn't just tow my car and leave -- he actually stayed with me and took me to a tire shop, making sure I wasn't taken advantage of and that everything being done was fair and necessary.
