I had some broken cement tiles that needed to be replaced. Rocky found replacement tiles, fixed the roof, cleaned up the rubbish, all done efficiently and professionally. Due to a leak, I needed to have my garage roof either repaired or replaced and utilized yelp to help find me a roofing contractor. Rocky, owner of RSC Roofing, was the first to respond and the first to come and give me an estimate. I decided to get other quotes before making a decision but I should have saved my time and gone with RSC Roofing in the first place because their quote was the most competitive (I really don't understand why there were differences from a thousand to a few thousand dollars in the bids I received.....). Rocky took the time to climb on my roof, take pictures so that I could see what the problem was (he asked if I wanted to climb up myself, but I have a fear of heights so had to decline) and explained the issue and exactly what he would do to resolve it. I did research on-line to educate myself on the different methods of applying the roofing medium and realized that Rocky really knew his stuff! Anyway, his men did a stellar job of tearing off two layers of old roofing, tearing off two layers of old metal drip edge, applying new roofing and drip edge, removing and replacing the rotted portion of the eaves, and even painting the new wood without charge. They cleaned up everything very satisfactorily, too. I would definitely recommend RSC Roofing to my family and friends.
