He was straightforward and honest in identifying that the leak was coming from the hot water heater panel joints--not the roof itself. He also took the time to send photos and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it. I had reached out to nine different roofers over a few days. Only one other responded by text on Monday, and another didn't call back until four days later. Rocky's responsiveness and professionalism really stood out. A small drill hole from another contractor who had did work up on roof. We were happy to find what is likely the cause. Nick came by on his own, repaired/filled hole. He provided a quick and simple estimate/proposal and worked with our house painting contractor's schedule to get everything done right.
