Edgar was great about keeping me in the loop, and every time I reached out he treated me with respect. You can tell customer service actually matters to him. One thing that really stood out was how they handled everything after the repair. When I noticed another issue, they didn't try to dodge me or make me feel like I was bothering them. They told me to bring it back and made sure it was looked at. That kind of accountability goes a long way.
