The quality of work is unbelievable and I could tell he paid extremely close attention to even the smallest details! However... 2 weeks or so later the vibrations from the engine caused the nuts to come loose from the connector on the shorty pipes. No big deal at all, but when I went to get it fixed the owner charged me to have them fix the mistake which I found completely unacceptable. This was my third time using them for my exhaust shop but I was not pleased with having to pay more after the fact. Excluding that minor fault they are wonderful. And couldn't ask for anything more except more customer appreciation. Fix your mistakes like Chick-fil-A.

The first shop out of at least 5 to not just give me a doomsday quote. They did the work and actually figured out the issue. Edgar was great about keeping me in the loop, and every time I reached out he treated me with respect. You can tell customer service actually matters to him. One thing that really stood out was how they handled everything after the repair. When I noticed another issue, they didn't try to dodge me or make me feel like I was bothering them. They told me to bring it back and made sure it was looked at. That kind of accountability goes a long way. You hear horror stories about mechanics all the time, so it's only fair to recognize the good ones too. I appreciate everything Edgar, his father, and the Danahe team did to get me back on the road. I think that only actual customers should be allowed to write reviews (since that bad reviewer had no idea what he was even talking about and was completely wrong about them). Danahe Auto is an excellent small family business! The dad is an electrical engineer who diagnosed the exact problem with my Ford Transit using electrical system diagnostic equipment that produced a two-page report that they emailed to me prior to starting the repair. I would have spent double what I paid them if I had taken it to a dealership. Not only did they fix my Ford Transit the same day I brought it in, but as a free bonus, they fixed my door so I didn't have to keep slamming it shut. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. (Note: I never met these folks before, and this is my unbiased review as an actual customer.)
