I came in for a specific Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle advertised as an exceptional value. After the test drive, I was told it was an "online error," it wasn't CPO, and they wouldn't honor the price. ​Classic bait-and-switch. They immediately tried to upsell me on a "perfect, like-new" vehicle that was significantly more expensive. Only after pushing for the numbers did I find out this "perfect" car actually had two accidents on record. ​To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager about service loaners, I was told he was "locked inside a vehicle and couldn't get out." Nearly 30 days later, the same "error" listing is still online. They are clearly using false advertising to lure people in. Avoid this dealership if you value transparency and honesty.

The salesman tried to charge me $7,000 for a 2002 Ford Ranger with 220,000 miles, it was already forming rust, had the smaller 3.0 engine, and was only two wheel drive. Just an update...been have all sorts of random electrical issues since they worked on it. Took it…read moreto a Firestone for routine maintenance and told them about the issues and they checked it over. Turns out Junction didn't properly reconnect/attach the auxiliary battery cables and it was causing all the issues. Firestone properly hooked up the battery and it hasn't had an issue since. So again, I won't ever take a vehicle here unless my company forces me too. I wouldn't have any faith they're doing anything right if they can't do their own recall repairs properly.
