Terrible customer service experience.  I was looking for a specific Genesis model - this dealership…read morehad one available.  I scheduled an appointment several days beforehand since I live 1 1/2 hours away.  I received a call the day before from the dealership to confirm.  I asked who I should ask for when I come in and was given 3 names.  When I showed up the next day 2 of the 3 people were not there and the third person seemed unaware of my appointment.  More importantly the car had been sold and was not available to test drive.  So I drove 1 1/2 hours for nothing.  I realize things happen, however, the fact that no one seemed to know about my appointment and I wasn't made aware of the car being sold, is ridiculous.  The individual I talked with said this happens all the time.  Okay - then get organized and have a system for appointments.  I went to Northtown Genesis near Buffalo the next day and had a wonderful experience - very helpful.

Absolute scumbag salesman. This is the used car lot/repair shop on 44, just a couple lots south of…read morethe police station. The salesman tried to charge me $7,000 for a 2002 Ford Ranger with 220,000 miles, it was already forming rust, had the smaller 3.0 engine, and was only two wheel drive. The Kelley Blue Book value came in at just under $3,000. I very seriously recommend you do not try to buy a car from these people, you will regret it!
