Turns out Junction didn't properly reconnect/attach the auxiliary battery cables and it was causing all the issues. Firestone properly hooked up the battery and it hasn't had an issue since. So again, I won't ever take a vehicle here unless my company forces me too. I wouldn't have any faith they're doing anything right if they can't do their own recall repairs properly.

I drive a fleet/company vehicle which they know and have no use of whatever they're offering. They said my steering wheel control buttons and backup camera were bad and needed replaced and that they "re-flashed" my shifter button. I don't know what they were talking about but none of it needed replaced. Firestone fixed a loose battery cable issue that was causing the shifter issue and Reddit help me fix re-seating the camera harness that fixed the back up camera and steering buttons. Haven't had any issues since Firestone fixed the main battery issue. No call back, no updates, spammy texts, and saying I needed parts I didn't...No, I don't recommend taking a vehicle here.

Despite repeatedly confirming this in texts and calls, they failed to source the correct trim and instead presented a lower model that didn't meet my requirements. When I declined the wrong vehicle, both the salesperson and finance manager told me their "policy" was to keep deposits on vehicle locates, even though they didn't provide the proper written disclosures and never delivered the vehicle I requested. I requested my refund multiple times and was ignored. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. I strongly recommend caution when leaving deposits here.

I just thought that this was a good mention because I have never heard that before and I also work with costumer service.
