On June 21, received a cancellation email regarding my order, I was like huh??? So I updated my card info again, received another confirmation. Then I log into the bank mobile app, there were 2 charges from the same purchase. I had called Bestbuy to see what's going on, they say Bestbuy doesn't charge until the day i pick up my items, it wasn't a issue on their side, I need to call my bank for a reversal authorization. I called TD, he say he wasn't able to do anything on his end. So TD took my money twice, refused to instant reverse authorization, now I carry a negative balance on my account:( NEVER AGAIN! YOU DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS OTHER BANKS WILL! Second incident, made a check deposit of $2600. The checks are from the states so it is 100% legit. Deposited on Monday, was told fm hold was in place, the funds wasn't release until the following Wednesday. While Citizen's and PNC banks customers received the funds NEXT DAY. How I know? I have family members whom are customers. I guess TD doesn't trust usa government either......
