I don't know what they think stuffed is but this was literally a baked potato with cheese. A small side out sour cream and literally barely a teaspoon of butter. The brisket was laid on top. It was barely warm at all, had no flavor and loaded with gristle. The cheese curds might as well have been rubber chunks. We got two sodas at over $3 each with no refill because they never checked on us. I have to say that it was the worst meal I've had in a long time. To add insult to injury, it was around $40 for food we didn't even finish because it was so substandard. We would have been better off going to Taco Bell.

First off the place was empty and secondly none of the food looked inviting. The only reason I picked this place was based on the good reviews but I should have looked at the worst reviews first. This was just plain garbage and an insult to anyone believing they are selling authentic BBQ. The St Louis style ribs were dry and uneatable. Their garlic bread basically was a stale hot dog bun and the coleslaw was the only thing somewhat decent but bland. The only thing decent in this place was the service but that didn't save it!

The brisket was good with bbq sauce. They have a green chili cheddar cornbread available for purchase, but if the dinner came with a slice or two of bread, that would've been great.
