We were in the area for the Wisteria Festival and we saw the sign for RT Rogers Brewing and decided to stop by for a beer. The brewery is quite spacious, there is outside seating on the sidewalk, but then also some outside seating inside the gate before you go inside to the bar. There were many crowds of happy and jolly people enjoying the weather with lots of laughter and smiles all around. The bar itself on the inside is pretty crowded and tight to order, but the bartender is friendly and does allow for samples so that you can decide what you want to order. I asked to sample the blonde which I really liked, and my friends sampled the Mystic Merrow Red which I liked as well, as well as the IPA which was delicious, however I decided I wanted to order the Blonde and one of my friends asked for the same. When we received our beers we noticed that instead of looking clear the way the sample looked, the beers we received were pretty hazy and we deduced that we got the Hefenweizen instead. Although this minor snaffoo, we ended up liking the Hefenweizen allot. I usually am not a fan of Hefenweizens but this was very refreshing and not too heavy for me so we kept the beers and we sat outside enjoying the weather. I really loved the vibe of this bar and I wish I lived closer so that I could come here more often. It's a very mellow vibe. This micro brewery is great for studying as well as having a pint. The options are In my opinion limited but service is great. 8 beers in tap. Sometimes 9. Luke is great and I forgot the bearded dude with a caps name but they always make sure you are set before having to pour. They give you tastes if you are hesitant on a choice before you order. Outstanding. Been coming here a few years now for my study sessions and now because it's Xmas season, it's a very relaxing place to sit and talk, study. Plenty of space to sit and parking . Stopped by after a day at the arboretum and really needing something nice a cold. The gentlemen that was working was a sweetheart. Friendly and welcoming. Friends with everyone that came in which is a major plus. Makes you feel like family. They do carry a good selections of beer for every liking. I was passing through Sierra Madre recently and found this brewery with my husband & daughter. I recognized the name from Instagram and was excited to check it out! I love the vibe of everything. It's family friendly and you have the choice of sitting on the patio or inside. When we were there they had a food vendor set up which was cool but we also saw some people with food from nearby restaurants. The service was awesome, everyone was friendly. I never knew this brewery existed until my brother told me about it. It's hidden on a side street a short walk from the tiny Main street. Tucked away off N. Baldwin Ave. is a little gem that is making some really great beer. I first started coming here in 2020 during the lockdown. I would bring my growler and fill it up and they had, and still do, have food vendors. There is a great outdoor patio to enjoy your beer, chill or have some great conversation with friends. I would rate the neighborhood bar/brewery vibe a 10 out of 10, and rate the beer at about a 7.5 out of 10. The staff is always great too, and let's give them a 10 just for the fun of it. While the bartender was nice enough, the locals at the bar were not at all, which really made me feel unwelcome and left a bad taste in my mouth about my visit. Came here on a Friday. They open at 3pm, we arrived at 315pm, and by 4pm this place was full. Great neighborhood spot! Had the beer with the word "red" in it and I really enjoyed it. So I recently found this brewery passing through Sierra Madre. A very humble little brewery tucked away. I've tried this place several times to have earned the badge "regular" on Yelp, and although the selection of beer served is exceptionally good, I have been served beer twice with bar flies floating in it. It is a very rookie mistake for a bar back, let alone a bar tender not to clear the bar flies prior to pouring a draft beer. I don't take pictures of such things but I will if it happens a third time. I am also not going to "Karen" the issue because I like people keeping their jobs and not big on the politics of work. I just hope that this reaches those making the mistake so they can correct it themselves and I can change this rating to where it needs to be. read more

Fantastic local brewery with a great selection of beers, I came here with a group of friends on a self made mini brewery tour of the San Gabriel Valley. I liked everything about this place, the seating is cozy yet spacious. There was around 20 of us in our group that sat in the outdoor patio area & we only took up the far right side of the patio. During our visit they had a vendor making fresh pizzas so they appear to have food choices depending on the day. Inside the brewery they have bar and table seating, and board games to play. The taster size beers are individually priced, but if you want to make a flight they handles hold up to 6 tasters. I tried 6 of the 8 they had on the menu and they were all solid. read more
