As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. After a month of pushing they finally turned it over to the insurance company but refused to submit any needed maintenance records to their own insurance company. All in all this place is SHADY. You're safer hitch hiking then dealing with a dishonest company like this.
