It sounds like a great service for those outside or on the fringes of the RTD mass transit service…read morearea: "The RTD call-n-Ride is a curb-to-curb transportation service that takes you anywhere you want to go within a designated service area." *Beautiful* -- JUST what I needed, a rescue in my time of need. My car chose last weekend to fail spectacularly on me when the engine started running roughly, the oil warning light didn't go off, the oil level ended up being below 'L', the connecting rod driving a piston (likely) broke, and then the crankcase blew out an impressive grapefruit-sized hole. SO...I was in need of convenient transport. The service advertises $2 per 1-way - very reasonable. If only truth was as good as advertising. The brochure asks you to reserve your trip at least 1 hr in advance, more than reasonable. I called 3 hours early and made a reservation on their Sprint voicemail line. I even gave them a number to reach me at if this wasn't feasible. No one called me, I presumed things were ok. No transport there at the designated time...and no one shows up to 20 minutes after my request. Good thing I had a friend going through the area who could pick me up. call-n-Ride: ***FAIL***. Unimpressed - and that's being kind. Possibly a more direct and honest salute with the proper digit and some choice profanity would be more in order here. You suck.

This service is extremely helpful and the drivers are friendly and as helpful as possible. Their…read more"round-trip" time depends on the service area, in the case of the Interlocken area it is 30 minutes. They do not schedule specific pickup times, however they leave the Park-n-Ride lots at specific times. Although leaving a message suffices when are familiar with the service, you should definitely call back until you speak to the driver your first time (yes, the telephone numbers go directly to the driver). Currently, 2/27/2014, the best times to call are on the hour and on the half-hour, as those are the times the driver is most likely sitting at the Park-n-Ride.

This RTD pedestrian bridge serves as both a bus stop and a means to cross the busy US36 highway…read more Like many other RTD bus stops there is a west bound station that traverses into Boulder and an east bound station that traverses into Denver with several different stops at inbetween. The westbound station is also a part of the US36 bikeway with a storage shed for cyclists to lock their bikes in. I find this is a convenient service to thwart theft and ensure safety of your property. Unfortunately, like many other RTD stations, the elevators are frequently out of service. Overall a nice way to go from Louisville (west side) to Superior (east side).

BE VERY CAREFUL DRIVING UNDER THE RTD PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE! RTD is claiming that they have Government Immunity and will not be taking responsibility for this issue at all. What is even worse, this is not the first time they had received similar complaints we are told, yet they do not accept their responsibilities when they are at fault. DRIVERS/COMMUTERS EVERYWHERE BEWARE of RTD! Apparently, Ken Tong of RTD Risk Management (who told me they have Government Immunity) must not really care about public safety after all. RTD is doing nothing about this bridge and they have not compensated us for damages at this time. Is that bridge worth more to RTD than the safety of Colorado driver's, quite possibly a commuter's life? Watch this and be VERY CAUTIOUS of RTD bridges: https://kdvr.com/2019/04/15/ufo-falls-through-roof-of-westminster-womans-car/ RTD DOES NOT HAVE UNLIMITED GOVERNMENT IMMUNITY! I will not stop warning the public about this problem until RTD properly addresses it and pays for damages!

Uber has gotten worse and worse over time. Not only have their prices continued to go up for simple…read morerides but the drivers have become ruder, less speak even enough English to be able to appropriately help if there's an emergency (yeah kind of important) and some of the cars people drive should barely be able to be on the road. At the very least a driver needs to be able to communicate basic English (the overwhelmingly spoken language in the US) so if there's an emergency they are able to notify the proper authorities and/or assist. When you aren't able to communicate with someone, especially someone you are paying for a service and that service involves something dangerous, like driving, it not only takes away from the customer experience which has only gotten worse with uber but it does not make the rider feel safe. I've also had drivers cussing on the phone with their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife and just honestly being terrible at customer service. How are these people vetted? I've been in cars where multiple warning lights are on, there's noise coming from under the hood (not good noise) and quite frankly I have no idea how they are even on the road. One car had their child lock on the back doors, not remotely safe. Drivers who have literally been blasting their music, wildly inappropriate lyrics and loud (but I guess we don't care about common decency anymore) then when asked to turn it down I was told this is my car you can do what you want in yours. It's just gotten to a point where I'd almost rather take Lyft or a Taxi over Uber. At least with a taxi if you aren't able to communicate with them they are at least professional drivers.

Disappointed. I made a reservation for a pickup from my hotel to the airport in Yellowstone. I was…read moreconfirmed. On the day and time of pickup, I received a text message from Uber that they could not find a driver. I had to request a taxi instead but only after discovering that Uber does not service Yellowstone. I have never had an issue with Uber that after getting confirmation that they don't service an area. They should have not allowed me to reserve a ride if that is the case. It made for a very anxiety driven time. I do love Uber but not today. Please make sure when booking a ride that they do cover the area and Uber, shame on you for allowing the reservation in the first place.
